Movable rolling tooth transmission with cam actuating has very positive characteristics such as sveral teeth will mate simultaneously,stronger carrying capacity,running stability etc.This paper conduct the research of movable rolling tooth transmission with cam actuating in application of XKP-560 rubber crushing machine.The conclusion presents important references for the development of rubber mechanical transmission components.This paper introduces the innovation in research method and put forward the computer aided design software development's thought for movable rolling tooth reducer with cam actuating based on MATLAB GUI.The purpose is to reduce the design tasks in the early stage and shorten the product design cycle.In addition,it's the fist time that the technology of movable rolling tooth transmission with cam actuating is proposed for XKP-560 rubber crushing machine.These study results provided new idea for the future design of rubber mechanical transmission components.This paper carries on a series of in-depth and systemic theoretical study on movable rolling tooth transmission.Firstly,the profile equation of movable rolling tooth transmission is deduced.The experimental results show that using the vector method which is put forward to derived actuating equation of cam and center wheel contour curve in the paper is more simple and more easily to programming implementation.Secondly,this thesis analyzes transmission performance base on geometrical model of contact for movable rolling tooth transmission which is founded in this thesis and deduces the condition of continuous drive and equation of contact ratio and sliding rate.Thirdly,the stress and contact strength of tooth transmission has been analyzed and the reliability design for the strength of contact of movable rolling tooth transmission face based on fuzzy mathematics theory is deeply studied.Finally,the paper makes an account of the researches on the optimum parameter of the geargeometry of movable rolling tooth transmission by grey clustering method and finds the most satisfactory solution.Based on the theoretical research effort,the paper designs the CAD software base on MATLAB GUI and applies it successfully to the design of movable rolling tooth reducer with cam actuating for XKP-560 rubber crushing machine.The thesis establishes the reducers's virtual prototypical mode based on Pro\E and conducts kinematic analysis,simulation results demonstrate that contact radio and gear ratio are in good agreement with the theoretical calculations.The paper presents ANSYS finite element analysis of stress on the Cam shock wave device's contact urfaces,the simulation results are in exact accordance with the theoretical analysis.
