Plasma ignition is a new type of gas turbine ignition technology with the advantages of decreased the ignition delay time,enhanced ignition energy and activated combustion products.At present,the short life of plasma generator anode directly affects the promotion of the plasma ignition technology.Therefore,the author of this paper,studied the plasma generator structure to improve the anode material,to improve the anode life close to the factory actual conditions.This thesis introduces the basic characteristics of plasma classification,compression mode.properties of copper alloys and the effects of rare earth elements and tellurium.On the basis of the existing plasma cutting machine to design a set of experiment with the transferred arc plasma generator,the plasma generator’s cathode.anode and ceramic fittings are analyzed in the design.By adding the Te in T2 copper anode preparation and La,Ce.Y,determination of anode ablation rate,were observed by using SEM and EDS analysis of ablation mechanism.The results show that the Cu-0.2Te alloy after adding RE ablation rate is reduced,add 0.05Ce anode erosion resistance is the best.Anode spots reside make temperature,alloy melt,the molten metal in the carrier flow under the action of the wind;Cu2O and Cu brittle granular eutectic,gathered in the grain boundary.under high temperature and under the action of external force,the intergranular cracks extend to a certain stage after peeling ablation.
