"Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets.”This sentence is the scientific conclusion put forward by President Xi Jinping on the construction of ecological civilization.Comprehensively improving the quality of water environment has been highly valued by government departments and people from all walks of life.In June 2017,the Jiangxi provincial government issued the Work Plan of Eliminating Inferior Class V Water in Jiangxi Province,The plan sets out the goal of focusing on the treatment of 44 sections with poor water quality in the category V and V since2016.In addition,the plan also requires the remaining sections to maintain and improve water quality.Xiao River is located in Zhangshu City.At the end of it,the section of Xia Tu lake is controlled by the Yichun.The section of Xia Tu lake belongs to one of the 44 transects of inferior class V water in the Jiangxi province.In order to eliminate Xiao River's inferiority of class V water and gradually improve water quality to reach category III water standard,In this study,data collection,field investigation,and current situation monitoring were used to identify the causes of pollution in Xiao River Basin.What is more?Comprehensive measures are also put forward.The process of research and the main conclusions are as follows:?1?Through comprehensive data collection,analysis and field investigation,we have grasped a more comprehensive hydrological and social economic profile of Xiao River Basin.The principles and methods of dividing the tributaries of Xiao River are put forward in the paper.The Xiao River is divided into three control sections:the upper reaches,the middle reaches and the lower reaches by the three river transects.Xiao Jiang's total area-291 square kilometers has been divided into 22 tributary control units.?2?Measuring the flow of each branch by current meter.The contribution rate of each tributary to the Xia Tu lake section of Xiao River is calculated.The largest contribution to Xiao Jiang's total flow is the tributary of CaoTang,whose contribution rate is 19.21%.The second is the tributary of the YaoQian,and its contribution rate is12.9%.The tributary of Wu Cheng contribution rate of 10.14%,ranked third.Flow measurement results show that the tributary flow has the following rule for the discharge volume of the lower earth Lake section:the upper reaches>the middle reaches>the lower reaches.?3?According to the land use status,the pollution sources of Xiao River Basin are divided into four parts:farmland,water area,residential area and pig raising unit.Through area statistics and combined with the empirical relationship of relevant technical documents,we can estimate the amount of pollutants produced by various sources.The results showed that the contribution rate of pollutants production was:Pig Raising>farmland>inhabitant>water area.The largest source of pollutants is swine wastewater.The contribution of COD to swine wastewater is 86.89%,NH3-N is 45.59%and TP is 27.56%.?4?The water environmental quality of Xiao River was evaluated by single factor evaluation method.The evaluation results obtained from the monitoring data from March 2016 to April 2017 show that the three control sections of the Xiao River are all in the case of inferior V.Xiao Jiang is polluted heavily.?5?Based on the concept of"interception"and"governance",direct and indirect engineering measures for pollution control in Xiao River Basin were put forward.Empirical relationship method and statistical analysis method were used to quantify the pollutant reduction benefits of each project.Compared with the standard flux settlement value,it is proved that it is feasible to reach the class water?standard of the Xia Tu lake section.?6?The experiment shows that adding calcium hypochlorite into the over standard water can effectively remove the ammonia nitrogen and total phosphorus in water and does not produce other pollution substances to the natural water body.When the dosage reaches 1.5 times of the theoretical calculation,the removal efficiency of NH3-N can reach 64.7%.The residual NH3-N in the water after reaction is only 0.60mg/L.The total phosphorus removal efficiency has also reached 39.6%,and the residual total phosphorus concentration is 0.169 mg/L.?7?When the water quality of Xiao River is temporarily exceeding the standard,a complete set of spraying device can be used to make emergency dosing on the eight selected sections.According to the calculation of traffic volume and pollution load of Xiao River,the average investment for every drug adding system is 36 thousand yuan.The operating costs 11 thousand and 700 yuan/day.The cost of processing is not high,so the scheme has good practical application value.
