In this thesis,we mainly study the construction of nitrogen-containing compounds by the reaction of isocyanides. We developed the method for the synthesis of nitrogen compounds through metal free-catalyzed oxidative isocyanide insertion reaction and multi-component radical isocyanide insertion reactions. The whole work is constituted by three parts as follow:In the first part,an I2/cumyl hydroperoxide?CHP?-mediated oxidative coupling of2-aminobenzamides and isocyanides to construct 2-aminoquinazolinones in moderate to excellent yields has been developed. This method provides an efficient approach to2-aminoquinazolinones with high atom economy under metal-free conditions via two C-Nbondsformation,whichcanbefurthertransformedtoafford benzo[4,5]imidazo[2,1-b]quinazolin-12?6H?-one.In the second chapter,an I2/TBHP-promoted reaction of acylhydrazine and amines to construct amides has been developed.Notably, the amide derivatives were obtained under mild and metal-free conditions. The method is suitable for the construction of sulfonamide and has a good application prospect. The third part involves a Mn?III?-mediated reaction of isocyanides with boronic acids for the preparation of imides. This method contributed to multi-component radical isocyanide insertion reactions...
