Polyester shoes lining cloth is one of the most widely used lining cloths in shoes,widely used in sports shoes,children's shoes,and standard shoes.In the process of wearing shoes,the relatively airtight footwear environment is suitable for microbial decomposition using foot skin metabolites for growth and reproduction,resulting in sour odors and other pungent odors.Long-term carelessness of cleaning and maintaining hygiene will not only affect the appearance and performance of footwear,but also lead to stubborn diseases such as athlete's foot odor and serious harm to human health.Therefore,foot antimicrobial,shoe antimicrobial become the focus of attention,and shoe anti-microbial treatment in shoes,especially the main breakthrough point.In this study,microcapsule technology was used to prepare natural antimicrobial microcapsules that can meet the complex antimicrobial requirements of the shoe cavity environment,and then used it to organize polyester shoe linings to achieve a safe and highly effective antimicrobial.The main research work of the thesis is summarized as follows:First of all,in this paper,aloe vera extract(90%),a natural and effective antimicrobial component of Aloe vera extract,was used as a test sample,and four main pathogenic microbials in the foot were used as test organisms.Antimicrobial activity of aloin was studied by tube dilution method and plate coating method.The diameter of inhibition zone was measured by punching method to study the antimicrobial effect of aloin under different conditions.The results showed that aloin has a significant inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Candida albicans,and Trichophyton rubrum.It has the highest inhibitory activity against E.coli and has stronger inhibitory activity against Gram-negative bacteria than Gram-positive bacteria.The minimum inhibitory concentrations(MICs)of the four pathogenic microbial on the foot were respectively 1,2,1,1mg/mL.Within 100? or under weak acidity,the antibacterial effect of aloin is strong and stable.UV irradiation can enhance the antimicrobial effect of aloin.After sealed at room temperature away from light preservation for 30 days,aloin still has strong antimicrobial activity and storage stability.The water-soluble chitosan could also enhance antimicrobial effect of aloin.Arabian gum powder can increase antifungal activity of aloin,while the antibacterial activity would decrease.Subsequently,aloin was used as a microcapsule antibacterial core material,and chitosan and gum arabic powder were used as wall materials to prepare aloin microcapsules by phase separation.Through single-factor tests and orthogonal tests,the optimum preparation conditions of aloin microcapsules were obtained: water-soluble chitosan mass concentration 20 g/L,reaction time 40 min,wall material volume ratio 1:5,reaction temperature 40°C,reaction p H=4.5,stirring speed 400 r/min,core wall mass ratio 1:4.The microcapsules prepared under the optimal preparation process have a volume average particle diameter of 218.253 ?m and a good consistency of 0.665,and the coverage rate is 64.13%.Then,sodium hydroxide solution was used to alkali-reduce the hydrophilicity of the polyester shoe lining.The optimum treatment conditions obtained by single factor and orthogonal test were as follows: NaOH mass concentration 25 g/L,processing time 110 Min,treatment temperature 75 °C,bath ratio 1:40.Under the optimal processing conditions,the reduction rate of polyester lining was 2.9%,and its tensile breaking strength and elongation at break decreased by 25.63% and 23.56%,respectively,but it was still within the scope of application and did not affect normal wear;air permeability decreased by 6.11%,while it's still good;moisture permeability improved by 19.39%;flexural rigidity decreased by 60.24%,making polyester shoes cloth softness increased,and it feels better;contact angle decreased by 115.6° At 0°,it's hydrophilicity is significantly improved.At last,used the best preparation process of aloin microcapsules as antimicrobial agent,and put them on the shoes cloth of the hydrolysis treated polyester by two-dip two-roll method,and tested the antimicrobial property by shaking method.The results showed that aloin microencapsulate finished polyester fabric had good antimicrobial properties,and the antimicrobial rates against E.coli,Staphylococcus aureus,Candida albicans and Trichophyton rubrum were respectively 99.16%,93.57%,94.44 %,98.02%.After 50 washing,it still meets GB's antibacterial requirements.The antimicrobial effect of the three kinds of shoe linings treated by aloin microencapsulation antimicrobial agent was: alkali-treated polyester cloth had the best antibacterial effect,followed by cotton cloth and polyester cloth.
