With the economic development and social progress,the emergence of new materials has promoted the rise of fine chemicals.This project is based on the transformation of a fine chemical plant fire-retardant production line DCS project.The purpose is to develop a production monitoring system to ensure the safety of on-site staff and improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.Firstly,the thesis introduces the research status and development trend of DCS system at home and abroad,the significance and purpose of the research,and further studies the main contents of the project based on the DCS system.Secondly,the controlled parameter of polyphosphazene production process was analyzed and introduced.Based on the analysis of system control reliability and the familiar process flow of the system,the relevant control strategies were proposed.According to the requirements of system process control,and at the same time ensuring the stability and reliability of the site and equipment,the overall structure of the production control system is designed.The system adopts dual redundant mode settings to ensure the stable operation of the system.Then the hardware and software of the system are designed according to the project requirements.The hardware design includes the selection of system hardware equipment,system I/O design,communication network design and electrical design;the software design part includes configuration software hardware configuration,I/O configuration,real-time database configuration,and system monitoring screen.the design of.The realization of the automation of the production process,to meet the needs of the production process,to ensure the quality of production and improve the level of automation of the enterprise.Finally,after analyzing the characteristics of PID control and fuzzy control,a fuzzy PID controller is selected as the regulator of the system for the large hysteresis and time-varying parameters of temperature.When the temperature deviation is small,the system selects the PID control mode;when the temperature deviation is large,the system selects the fuzzy PID control mode.And simulations and research results on MATLAB/Simulink.The results show that the use of advanced control algorithms has a good control effect.
