With the rapid development of society,we are in need of a type of high-performance precision speed reduction device featuring transmission stability,compact structure,big drive power,and low noise.The precision speed reduction device enable the motor to run at in a suitable speed,precisely reduce the speed to meet the requirement of each part of robots,increase the rigid of machine and export larger torques.RV speed reduction device which features low weight,small volume,big power short drive chain and easy control are widely applied to the speed reduction mechanism of articulated robots.The key components in RV speed reduction device,of which eccentric components are most important,require grinding process.In view of the traditional jig grinding school difficulties,machining accuracy is not easy to guarantee,difficult to special fixture manufacturing,such as using a single faults,this topic research of eccentric cylindrical processing strategy will no longer use traditional eccentric fixture.This topic will be based on Fanuc CNC system using pointcut tracking grinding method to process eccentric parts.Its working principle is through the control of the rotation axis of workpiece and grinding wheel transverse feed movement axis of the cylindrical grinding wheel and the workpiece processed surface contour tangent,thus achieved and eccentric circle on the surface of a non-circular grinding.In this article the tangent point tracking algorithm based on the theory of grinding deduction,studied the numerical control system hardware composition,the PLC control program,the human-computer interface in FANUC numerical control development,using C language to write tangent point tracking algorithm into the CNC program,on the actual machine tool for processing,the cylindricity can control within 0.002 mm,eccentricity error within 0.002 mm,meet the needs of the user.It is believed that the research of this paper can also be used for reference in the electric control scheme of grinding contour accuracy of other special-shaped parts.
