Horizontal well casing operations have special difficulties compared to conventional vertical wells,where casing eccentricity and casing friction affect cementing.When the eccentricity of the casing is too large,the displacement effect of cement slurry will be reduced,and cementing quality cannot be guaranteed.When the case friction is too large,the case cannot be lowered into a predetermined position in the well,causing the cementing work to not proceed smoothly.Based on the basic equations of oil and gas well tubular mechanics,theoretical analysis is used to study these two topics.Firstly,the casing deformation was then analyzed.The vertical and horizontal bending method was used to analyze the deformation of the single-span casing between adjacent centralizers,and the deformation of the casing under different wellbore shapes and axial loads was obtained.According to the continuity of the casing,a vertical and horizontal bending continuous beam model was established to calculate the deformation of the casing string at different positions.According to the effect of casing deformation and centralizer on casing eccentricity,a single-span calculation model for the proper placement of centralizer is established.Secondly,the casing balance was then analyzed.The "soft rod model" and "rigid rod model" of common casing friction calculations are analyzed,contrasted.Based on the "soft rod model" and "rigid rod model" a more reasonable casing friction calculation model is established.,after the contact state between the casing and the well wall is determined,based on the deformation of the casing.Finally,based on the theoretical basis for establishing the reasonable spacing calculation model of casing centralizer and casing column friction resistance calculation model,the corresponding components were developed using Python language,and the functions of integrated design platform for physical drilling engineering developed by the research group were expanded.
