Since the twenty-first Century,the economic development of our country has changed and progresses with the development of time,and the premise of economic development is inseparable from the support of energy and material.Coal,as a basic energy,is still the main source of energy for industrial development.However,in recent years,the problem of energy is becoming more and more intense,high production,high efficiency and safe mining require more stringent conditions for the development of the field of coal industry.Therefore,coal mining is becoming more and more favor in coal mining enterprises.In the process of deep underground coal mining,the safe and effective caving of thick and hard roof of coal seam,is a research problem that researchers urgently need to solve.In order to solve a series of problems such as large area suspended top and so on,the2098 working face of Linhua Coal Mine is selected as the research background,and the research background of the thick sandstone roof of the working face is taken as the research object,under the premise of the investigation and investigation of the scientific researchers on many occasions.Based on the theoretical analysis and the method of field test,a systematic study on the weakening scheme of the roof of the working face is carried out in detail.After the experiment,the characteristics of the pressure appearance of the top plate of the2098 working face and hard sandstone roof before and after the deep hole pre splitting blasting are analyzed.The results of field test show that the blasting design is more reasonable for the roof of the thick sandstone roof,which makes the caving of the thick hard roof improved,making the roof of the top of the working face hard to fall,and successfully transformed into a roof plate.At the same time,the measured results show that the deep hole pre splitting blasting significantly reduced the overhead area above the goaf,weakened the pressure strength of the roof,completed the effective control of the macroscopic ore pressure on the working face,and demonstrated the feasibility of the weakening scheme for the controlled caving of the thick roof of the working face.The design,technology and method of pre splitting blasting in this paper can provide some reference,and reference for engineering projects in other areas under similar geological conditions.
