The development of new car models and the light weight of automobiles require corresponding technical updates,and die is the hardware support for these technical updates.The main failure of the die is wear,die wear experimental research cycle is long,combined with CAE technology can improve research efficiency,better summary of the law.At this stage,most of the CAE research on the stamping die is carried out around the process of extrusion and forging,and relatively few researches on blanking process.In order to improve the utilization efficiency of the resources,the remanufacturing technology has become an effective means to prolong the life of the die,and there is not a definite method for the choice of the die repair time,which is usually repaired according to the experience or die,and the repair effect is uneven.In this paper,the influencing factors of die failure are introduced.The process of blanking is simulated using deform-3D software based on the Archard wear model and Cockcroft & Latham fracture criteria.The data of stress,load and die wear and maximum wear rate of the sheet blanking process are obtained for analysis.Under the principle of a single variable,the effect of blanking speed,hardness of heat treatment and surface lubrication on the wear quantity is studied by simulation.Using SPSS data analysis software,the simulation results are analyzed and orthogonal experiments carried out,the optimal combination of several factors to reduce the wear quantity is obtained,and then the optimized combination is simulated again,the results show that the wear of the blanking die is effectively reduced 20.8%.According to the actual production of die wear,by simulating the wear process of the die,the linear regression equation about the wear and the life of the die is fitted,and the life of the die is predicted according to the equation,and the prediction of the die life is more accurate.Using the fatigue analysis module of Ansys Workbench,the effect of wear failure and fatigue on the die life is analyzed,which finds out the effect of wear on the life of the die.Combining the research of the remanufacturing Center,the wear of the die after repaired by Ni60 B coating is simulated.It shows that the Ni60 B added with WC and Co can effectively reduce the wear and tear of the die after repair,which is consistent with the actual experimental data,and reflects the CAE using in remanufacturing is feasible;the change of coating thickness to the cutting process simulation results that there is no obvious linear relationship between the surface coating thickness and the wear quantity of the die after repair,the concrete relation is more complicated.Through a simulating about the wear process of the die repaired in different repair opportunities by superposition,it shows that in a certain range to choose the right die repair time can effectively reduce the repair of die wear and prolong the die life,which provides an idea of application in remanufacturing. |
