The coordination pattern of the oxygen atoms on the lacunary polyacid ligands is flexible,and can coordinate with metal ions of different coordination modes at the same time to form polyacid complexes with different configurations and different dimensions.In this dissertation,we use the lacunary of Keggin type 1:9 antimony tungstate anion and rare-earth ion;transition metal ions and rigid bipyridyl ligands as building blocks,and design and synthesis of four polyoxometallate complexes.Using Well-Daswon type phosphotungstate anion and ethylene biguanide ligand as a building block,a complex was synthesized.The main findings are as follows:1.Four kinds of polyoxometalate complexes were synthesized using the absence of Keggin-type bismuth tungstate polyanion as a template.Na6H10{Ce?H2O?3??2-OH?[Bi2W21O70?OH?3]}2·40H2O 1?enH?2[[Cu?2,2'-bipy??en?]2(H3BiW18O60)]·2H2O 2Na2H2[V?H2O?2W?OH?2?WO2?2(BiW9O33)2]·21H2O 3Na2H7[Cd?H2O?3W?OH?3?WO2?2(BiW9O33)2]·20H2O 4In the absence of Keggin-type bismuth tungstate polyanion complex as a template,the main framework are as follows:the complex 1 is composed of cerium ions and[Bi2W21O70?OH?3]11-;complex 2 is BiW18O60 anion and Pyridine and ethylenediamine.The complexes 3 and 4 are the Krebs sandwich complexes with BiW9O33 units and transition metal ions,and the complexes 3 and 4 with the reported complexes Isomorphism.The magnetic properties of the complexes 1 and 2 were studied.The results showed that the complex 1 had diamagnetic properties,and further proved that the ruthenium atom in the complex 1 was tetravalent;the complex2 was paramagnetic.At the same time,the electrochemical study of complexes 1-3was carried out.2.A well-Daswon-type phosphotungstic acid polyanion was used as a template to synthesize a polyoxometalate complex.Complex 5 is a new type of Daswon structure complex obtained by hydrothermal synthesis.It consists of a host of ethylidene guanidine ligand[Cu{CH2NHC?NH?NHC?NH?NH2}42+?Cu-L?and one anion[P2W16V2O62]8-of an organic-inorganic hybrid metal oxide Composition.Electrochemical characterization of complex 5.?Cu-L?4[?-P2W16V2O62] 5...
