The main object of this paper is water control screenpipe,water control screenpipe is based on the composite sand control sieve tube to increase the flow control function.By configuring different diameters of the nozzle or the hole plate,it can achieve the balance of liquid production in the horizontal wells.The commercial computational fluid software Fluent17 is used to calculate the internal oil and water two phases in water control screenpipe,and simulate the velocity field distribution and the volume distribution of the water phase under the three stages of the water control screenpipe(anhydrous oil recovery stage,well bore water breakthrough stage and water control stage).and study the influence of nozzles with different diameters and connecting pipes with different contraction ratio on water control screenpipe.In addition,by setting the inclined plate in the interlayer to reduce the kinetic energy of the nozzle jet,the pressure of the mixed phase is reduced and the purpose of reducing the pressure is achieved.It is shown by numerical calculation that the oil phase from sand proof filter casing to the interlayer in the stage of anhydrous oil recovery,and the flow velocity increases.When it is flowing through the nozzle,the velocity of the oil phase rises rapidly as a result of the contraction of the flow channel;A high speed jet is produced at the outlet of the nozzle,and the vortex is formed above the nozzle under viscous shear force.In the stage of well bore water breakthrough and water control,the flow of mixed phase entering the base pipe is blocked by viscous shear force,the kinetic energy of the mixed phase is reduced,the disturbance between the oil-water two phases is weakened,and the water phase micro mass is gradually gathered from the oil phase to form a flow beam and form a clear oil and water interface.And the average velocity of the base pipe outlet changes with the change of the nozzle diameter,the smaller the diameter of the nozzle,the lower the average flow velocity of the base tube outlet,and the effect of water control is obvious.The sudden contraction type connecting pipe is beneficial to reduce the water content of the liquid produced at the outlet of the horizontal well.The larger the contraction ratio of the connecting pipe is,the lower the volume fraction of the water phase at the outlet of the tube is,thus enhancing the water control function of water control screenpipe.Comparison and analysis of regulating capacity of straight plate and inclined plate type water control screenpipe,the average water phase volume fraction of the outlet of the water control screenpipe is reduced when the inclined plate is adopted.Therefore,the inclined plateis set in the interlayer between the sand proof filter casing and the base tube,which can further reduce the water content of the horizontal well and improve the regulating capacity of water control screenpipe.At the same time,the structure of interlayer internal baffle is optimized.When 3 baffles with a 30 degree angle are set in the interlayer,the water control capacity of water control screenpipe is the best,and the rate of water content of liquid production in the horizontal well can be greatly reduced.
