The Chinese herbal medicine are the raw materials of traditional Chinese patent medicine.However,the difference of raw materials affect the quality and effect of traditional Chinese patent medicines significantly.Traditional analytical method(HPLC)has been widely used because of its high stability and good repeatability.The drawback is that the analysis time is long and the pretreatment is complex.Paper-spray mass spectrometry(PS-MS)is a kind of ambient ionization mass spectrometry(AMS).It is a simple,rapid,and high-throughput analytical method analytical method for analyzing traditional Chinese medicine because of short analysis time,simple sample preparation.In this paper,three work has been carried out on the research of medicinal herbs of Rhizoma anemarrhenae and the results are as follows:1.The HPLC fingerprints of Rhizoma anemarrhenae were obtained,and the four chemical constituents of Rhizoma anemarrhenae were confirmed by HPLC-MS/MS.Then,identification of varieties on the market 28 batches of Rhizoma anemarrhenae and 12 batches of iris were accomplished by using statistical software ChempatternTM(chemometrics software),they are clustered in two relatively discrete groups.2.Based on the result of HPLC,PS-MS method was developed to obtain MS profiles of Rhizoma anemarrhenae.The conditions such as solvents,spray voltage and the cone voltage were optimized.By optimizing the paper basis,we got the largest difference mass spectrum of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae and iris.The chemometrics analysis was done by ChempatternTM software.The analysis results were consistent with the HPLC results,indicating that PS-MS can be applied to identify species of traditional Chinese medicine.3.Based on the PS-MS profile of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae,through explorating the different prepare methods and bake teRhizoma Anemarrhenae,obtaining the PS-MS profile the processed mperature of the products of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae.Via optimizating the spray paper base,obtaining PS-MS profile of crude and adulterant of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae.And then through the ChempattemTM chemometrics software,the 11 batch of crude Rhizoma Anemarrhenae and processed products of Rhizoma Anemarrhenae are clustered in two relatively discrete groups.This paper reveals that PS-MS method is an effective,rapid and practical method for analysis of traditional Chinese medicine,which can provide basic support for the analysis and research of other Chinese medicinal materials. |
