With the development of oil field in the late stage,the mining oil layer is thinner and thinner,conventional LWD system LWD due to measurement of formation data points distance bottom 10-15 m zero length,cannot meet the needs of drilling technology service layer thin,only by measuring parameter zero length short near bit MWD can effectively improve the drilling slim the rate of.At present,the three major oil companies have nearly bit geosteering system,and there is no near bit geosteering system.The development of near bit geosteering system itself can not only can improve China's petroleum engineering technical service enterprises in the international oil market competitiveness to meet the needs of drilling horizontal well thin reservoir technology.This paper presents a new near drill bit measuring instrument,the instrument can be measured while drilling near bit inclination,near bit resistivity and electromagnetic wave propagation for gamma ray imaging.For the first time near the drill bit,electromagnetic wave propagation resistivity method is adopted to achieve formation resistivity measurement.The detection depth is 1.2m,which improves the accuracy of geological guidance.This paper designs the overall structure of the system,including mechanical shell,electronic circuit,at the end of each part of the whole assembly,and then pass the communication system,resistivity measurement module,gamma measurement module for unit testing;at the end of the set of instruments for system debugging and completed the test cycle,the experimental results show that the measurement data of the instrument accurately.Can meet the design requirements...
