The hydraulic perforating technology can not only achieve the purpose of directional,oil increasing and protecting oil layer,but also can improve the effect of the old well by combining with the process of water injection gas,fracturing and acidification,etc.The current domestic oil field application of hydraulic perforating equipment is mainly rely on foreign imports,but in practice,foreign hydraulic perforating pressure high enough power unit equipment are perforation,perforation fit is no enough,power flow is not big enough,and the low efficiency problem can’t well meet the needs of the deep penetrating hydraulic perforating operation.The design of hydraulic perforating power unit is completed.First of all,through the field research related process parameters and actual working condition are necessary to determine design index,the angle of the overall scheme design,and the unit of power system,transmission system,electrical system puts forward a new design.Hydraulic perforating power unit as a whole in this paper,the mechanical parts and assembly are all made of solidworks 3D design software,and the bearing of the main components imported solidworks Simulation software Simulation,the static stress analysis based on the finite element analysis module.Through software analysis,the structure and material of the unit are further optimized,and the overall reliability of the unit is improved.Secondly,unit control system integration of Beijing kunlun state embedded touch-screen as the upper machine,upper machine has good user interface,and can realize parameter monitoring,the preset overpressure protection,and other functions.Under a machine adopt the Germany Siemens PLC as control core processor to implement the writing of the water supply system control program,debugging the download function,and the design is able to select the construction parameters of humanized remote pressure regulating system.Finally,the power packs of the stress and displacement have reached the technical indicators,very good solution to the current power unit power is insufficient,it is not convenient to real-time parameter optimization problems,meet the needs of the deep penetrating hydraulic perforating operation,reduce the labor intensity of workers,reduce the operation safety hidden trouble,greatly improving the hydraulic perforating operation efficiency and operation effect.
