| In this paper,a set of high pressure simulated shaft heating system was designed.The heating system and compression system can simulate the underground high temperature and high pressure environment,and provide a technical platform for the study of perforation efficiency of perforation equipment under high temperature and high pressure.In this paper,the heat transfer progress and control algorithm were studied.It provided theoretical support for simulating the rational control of shaft heating engineering.The research background and significance of the project are briefly introduced.After understanding the development status of the simulation shaft heating system at home and abroad,the research content of the paper was put forward.The heating way and control method of heating system were analyzed and determined,and the overall design scheme of high pressure simulated shaft heating system was put forward.Based on the basic theory of heat transfer,the heat transfer process of high pressure simulated shaft was analyzed,and the heat transfer temperature model of heating system was established.Because the analytic method was difficult to solve the calculation,the temperature discrete model was obtained by differential decomposition method.The computer was used to simulate the discrete model,and the temperature curve of the heating device under the conditions of different furnace temperature and different working medium was obtained.According to the curve,and the distribution of temperature field in the heating device was analyzed.From the three aspects of furnace body,heating element and wind circulation system,this paper had developed a high pressure simulated shaft heating device.The size determination of furnace chamber,the structure design of furnace lining,the thickness calculation of thermal insulation material,the selection and installation of heating element and the design process of the furnace shell were introduced in detail,and the main technical parameters of the heating device were determined.According to the control principle of heating system,the heating control process was designed.The electrical control unit and the signal acquisition unit were designed.Based on the heating control process,the configuration monitoring interface of the heating device was developed.It realized the control of heating device and collection and storage of temperature signal.Based on the developed high pressure simulated shaft heating system,the heating furnace heating control experiment and the simulated shaft heating control experiment were carried out,and the working effect of the heating system was verified. |
