Horizontal well open-hole packer completion staged fracturing technology is an effective way to improve the horizontal well production.But this technology can only create one main silt one time.When there are long horizontal well,more stages and more packer/sleeve,it will contribute to complex structure,high resistance,low permeation and significant increase the high risk of completion.Moreover,this technology has high requirement for wellbore quality,that makes high cost as well as decreases the integrated improvement profits.The multi slit volume fracturing technique in horizontal well section,with the help of temporary plugging agent in the seams,produces bridge plugging effect in the main crack,resulting in the rising pressure effect in the main fracture.Press open new branch cracks or communicate more micro cracks,so that production wells can keep stable production while increasing production,and thus raise recovery yield.In the process of multi fracture fracturing in the segment,it can be realized by using a section of a tool to reconstruct the target of multiple levels of the permeability level,and greatly reduce the number of subsection tools,reduce the construction risk and production cost.At the same time,the multi fractured volume fracturing technology in the section is also suitable for tight fracturing of casing and open hole completion and horizontal fracturing of shale gas.Therefore,in order to make more reasonable construction schemes,improve the efficiency of fracturing,reduce the operating cost and risk,it is of great significance to study the multi seam volume fracturing technology in the horizontal segment.This article combines theory analysis and example application.First,adaptability analysis of multi slit volume fracturing in reservoir is carried out.On the basis of analysis of rock fracture mode,rock brittleness characteristic parameter,fracture extension mechanism under different ground stress state,different volume fracturing mode and suitable reservoir condition analysis,rock mechanics parameters,stress size and orientation of ground stress,the selection of horizontal section volume fracturing mode is selected.Then,it is segmented from logging,rock mechanics parameters,formation fracturing pressure and comprehensive segmentation.Then,we optimized the design of fracture spacing,optimized the design of crack distribution and select the GX-100 high strength water soluble multi crack temporary plugging agent for the study area.Finally,a test was carried out on the basis of the site and 2 similar wells were selected from the nearest of the 15 wells,and compared with the conventional fractured horizontal wells,the long horizontal section fractured horizontal wells and the conventional sublevel fractured horizontal wells.The results show that the average single well output of the multi slit volume fracturing in the section is higher than the average single well production of the conventional horizontal well fracturing.The average single well pressure drop rate of the multiple slit volume fracturing in the section is lower than the average single well pressure drop rate of the conventional horizontal well fracturing,and the average unit pressure drop production capacity of the multiple slit volume fracturing in the section is higher than that of the conventional water.The average single well pressure drop and the gas production volume of horizontal well fracturing.Through the field test data,it is proved that the method can keep the production well at the same time to increase production and maintain stable production,and can realize the goal of reconstructing several permeability level layers by a section of the tool,greatly reducing the number of subsection tools,reducing the construction risk and production cost,and opening a new way for the efficient development of the Sulige gas field.
