Polyfluoroethylene(PVF)is one of the lowest and cheapest fluorinated plastics.It still has excellent comprehensive properties of fluoropolymer.It is very suitable for water,fuel,oil,acid and alkali environment,which is a tough material with all kinds of mechanical properties.It can belong-term used in temperature from-70 ? to 110 ?.The studies of PVF in this article can also be applied to other fluorinated plastics,which has not only important practical application value,but also important theoretical value.In addition,with the development of global industrialization,heavy metal ions pollution incident occurred frequently,So how to reduce the pollution has become the problems to be solved.In the treatment methods,the adsorption method has been widely used because of good treatment effect and no secondary pollution.Therefore,it's more significant to find lower price and easier raw materials to prepare materials.From the above,PVF powder is used as the base material.A material for adsorption of heavy metal ions was prepared by modification of PVF,the preparation conditions and adsorption properties of the materials were studied.The main results are as follows:Under certain conditions,PVF reacts with the monomer EDA to generate Amino-PVF under UV irradiation.In this paper,fluorine ion potential was studied in the solution of the synthesized amine materials under different conditions,and the graft rate of Amino was calculated,and the optimum preparation conditions of the Amino-PVF material were determined.The content of the research includes:the dosage ratio of PVF and EDA,the solid-liquid ratio of materials and solvents,and the dosage of catalyst.The optimum preparation conditions were determined by the influence of the above docking rate.Under certain conditions,Amino-PVF further grafted thiosemicarbazide groups and synthesized TSC-PVF with a large number of N and S coordination atoms.This kind of heavy metal adsorption material has chelation for most metal ions.The material structure was characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR)and nuclear magnetic resonance(1HNMR).The results showed that the graft was successful.The adsorption capacity of TSC-PVF on Cu2+ was studied under different preparation conditions,and the optimum reaction conditions were obtained.The main research contents include reaction time,reaction temperature,and the dosage of grafted monomer.The adsorption conditions of Cu2+ wastewater by TSC-PVF wereoptimized and analyzed,and the pH value of Cu2+ wastewater containing Cu2+ wastewater,as well as adsorption temperature and adsorption time,were studied respectively.The optimal adsorption condition of the TSC-PVF material on Cu2+ was obtained.In this condition,the adsorption capacity of TSC-PVF on Cu2+ was 37.75 mg/g.And the adsorption process conforms to the second order kinetics reaction model,and the adsorption process is mainly controlled by chemical adsorption.The fitting results of adsorption isothermal model are more consistent with the Langmuir adsorption model.Finally explores the TSC-PVF renewable experiment,regeneration after several experiments,TSC-PVF material still has a good adsorption performance,it is a good renewable adsorption material.
