Most of the drilling fluid in Daqing oilfield is water based drilling fluid,a small amount of oil based drilling fluid,and most of the waste drilling fluid and debris in the well field are treated with storage pit directly without treatment,which usually causes serious pollution to soil,surface and ground water.Therefore,harmless treatment of drilling fluid after completion of drilling is of great significance to the sustainable development of oilfield economy and environment.As the curing treatment can significantly reduce the erosion of metal ions and organic matter in the waste drilling fluid to soil erosion and soil leaching,and reduce the impact and harm to the environment,a variety of additives are used in the curing experiment.The effect of additives on the experiment is discussed,and the curing system of cement sodium silicate is studied.The curing effect and mechanism of solidification system of oil well cement mixture and fly ash composite material were studied.At the same time,the environmental friendly oil based drilling fluid has been studied and its performance has been evaluated.The experimental results show that the addition of a single additive in the waste drilling fluid is not ideal.The curing system of cement sodium silicate with various additives,the curing system of oil well cement mixture and the curing system of fly ash composite all showed good curing effect.For the same kind of waste drilling fluid,the needle penetration decreases with the increase of the amount of curing agent,while the larger the density of the waste drilling fluid is,the smaller the needle penetration of the solidified substance is,the strength of the solidified substance increases with the increase of density.Combined with laboratory studies on the effects of various treatment agents on the performance of oil-based drilling fluids,the oil base drilling fluid formulations based on condensate oil are determined.The drilling fluid has the characteristics of stable performance,good rheological property,low loss of filtration(API<5ml,HTHP<7ml),high electrical stability(ES>2000V,water content<3%)and so on.It shows good suspension capacity,shear diluent and carrying capacity of solid phase.In addition,the drilling fluid has little pollution to the reservoir,good reservoir protection effect and favorable for improving wellbore stability.
