With the continuous development of weak alkali ternary complex flooding in block A,the ground engineering of oil and gas gathering and transportation needs to be further improved.In order to achieve efficient and low-consumption production and operation,this paper has carried out A study on the construction of surface engineering project of weak alkali three-element compound drive capacity in block A.The design of crude oil gathering and transportation system is studied.The relative parameters of ground engineering scheme are calculated.Of two different schemes in overall system volume,power consumption,investment,etc after comparison,finally confirmed the new three yuan 249 oil Wells adopt double pipe heat mix into water to wash separate oil gathering process,a new measurement between 10;1 new oil transfer pumping station;A new oil and water collecting pipeline is built at 281 km and an external transportation pipeline is built at 5.1km.Through the study on the natural gas collection and transportation project,it was determined that the newly built transfer station of oil and water from the new transfer station in block A to the south3-1 dewatering station was dn250-5.8 km for the moisture and dry gas pipeline,and dn150-5.8 km for the south 3-1 dewatering station.The pipeline is laid in the same ditch as the oil pipeline.One set of wet and dry gas flowmeters,one set of ball facilities,one set of pressure gauges.The new deep station injection station gas supply pipeline dn80-5.2 km,dn100-0.4 km.Based on the research of the water supply and water treatment project,determine A block of new ternary sewage station and depth of station 1,form A complete set of sewage station 6.75 km pipeline,depth system matching raw water pipeline,pipeline,backwash drainage pipeline,A total of8.3 km.Through the study of power supply and distribution engineering,it is determined that the built power supply capacity of the five-star primary transformer and the weekly bubble primary transformer in block A can meet the production capacity needs,and there is no new project content.The power supply capacity of35 kV substation is insufficient,and the capacity of the substation is expanded by 5.7additional substations will be built,75 km of new power supply lines will be built,212 new transformers will be built,and 1 old transformer will be improved.
