Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Fund Management Of Z Petroleum Corporation

In the life cycle and every stage of the enterprise group,the internal capital management of the group is an important factor affecting the healthy development of the enterprise group.Funds are the blood of enterprises,which are distributed in the operation,investment and fundraising of enterprises.Capital operation runs through the whole process of production and operation,making capital management the core and key of group company's financial management.As a large state-owned group,Z Petroleum Corporation has always taken capital management as the focus of daily operation and management.Although some achievements have been made in the management of capital,it is undeniable that there are still many shortcomings in its fund management system.Therefore,in-depth study of the problems existing in the fund management of Z Petroleum Corporation and the corresponding countermeasures are of great significance for it to achieve high performance management.In this paper,the Z Petroleum Corporation as the research object,through the performance evaluation results of the Z Petroleum Corporation fund management problems are analyzed,and then put forward the problem of improving the management of funds.The main research contents include the following aspects: First of all,this paper expounds the research background,purpose and significance of Z Petroleum Corporation's capital management,introduces the research status at home and abroad,and evaluates the research at home and abroad,and then puts forward the research structure and method.The second one,this paper introduces the theory of capital management,including the theory of resource allocation,the theory of information asymmetry,the theory of internal capital market and theory of integration of production and melting.The third one,Z Petroleum Corporation existing fund management system in-depth analysis,using the theory of property extension in fund management as the research means,and accounting ratio analysis,in-depth analysis of the existing fund management problems.The fourth one is through the fund risk management found loopholes,not establish a perfect risk prevention system of funds;funds did not achieve full concentration,the size of funds not fully reflect the advantages of cooperation;the management of accounts receivable is loose,internal and external payment management is not comprehensive;the information construction is not perfect,the problem of fund management platform function is not perfect the in-depth analysis of the group's decision is difficult to fully grasp the relevant information of the whole process of production and operation,unable to implement effective management,supervision and control problems put forward specific countermeasures of the fund management.It is expected that Z Petroleum Corporation will improve its own fund management through the four aspects of this paper,which will make its capital management more perfect and effective.
