Research On The Corrosion And Protection Technology Of Natural Gas Pipeline Between Station

Natural gas is an important and important part of energy in China.The oil production in oil field needs to be transported through the network of stations.Due to the running time,soil corrosion and sulphide,it causes pipeline corrosion and there is a hidden danger.This paper mainly studies the corrosion and protection technology of natural gas pipeline between stations.On the basis of the corrosion mechanism of natural gas pipeline,the characteristics of different corrosion types are analyzed,and the actual problems are analyzed.On this basis,the factors affecting the corrosion are analyzed and the anticorrosion measures are put forward.The mechanism of corrosion of natural gas pipeline is studied,including internal corrosion mechanism and external corrosion mechanism.The influencing factors of different corrosion types are determined.The common corrosion types of natural gas pipelines between stations are analyzed,and the influencing factors of corrosion are determined.In view of the research,the corrosion mechanism is deeply studied and the countermeasures are put forward,including the advantages and disadvantages of internal corrosion protection technology and the comparison of the advantages and disadvantages of the external corrosion protection technology,and some suggestions are put forward to solve the corrosion problems.
