Lu Mountain Clouds-Mist tea from the Lu Mountain scenic area in Jiujiang,Jiangxi Province.Lu Mountain Clouds-Mist tea contains more tannins,aromatic oils and vitamins.It is rich in fragrance and refreshing,and helps to digest,disinfectant and detoxify.Because tea contains a large number of tea polyphenols,it is a natural compound of antioxidant activity.It is widely used in health products and functional foods.Green tea is praised by all countries and foreign countries.At present,there are few studies on the origin of Lu Mountain Clouds-Mist tea by metabonomics.This paper takes Lu Mountain Clouds-Mist tea from three producing areas as representative,Using ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC),ultra performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole time of flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-QTOF-MS)and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)combined with metabolomics method of Lu Mountain Clouds-Mist tea to analysis their component and build origin traceability model.At the same time,and discriminant analysis of true and false with adulterated green tea,explore its biomarkers from Lu Mountain Clouds-Mist tea.This article is divided into six parts.Chapter 1: The research progress of Lu Mountain Clouds-Mist tea,the research progress of bioactive components in tea,metabonomics detection and metabonomics in tea were introduced.Chapter 2: Tea polyphenols content and antioxidant activities(including FRAP?ABTS and DPPH)in 70% methanol extracts of Lu Mountain Clouds-Mist tea by96-well plate protocol.This study was to analysis the correlation between tea polyphenols content and antioxidant activities.The higher grades of Lu mountain Clouds-Mist tea from one origins,the higher of the contents of tea polyphenols content would be higher.There existed positive correlations between tea polyphenols content and antioxidant activities.The higher grades of Lu mountain Clouds-Mist tea from one origins,the higher of the contents of caffeine content would be higher.Chapter 3: Analysis water soluble components of Lu Mountain Clouds-Mist tea with UPLC.To establish the water soluble components fingerprint of Lu MountainClouds-Mist tea,the common peaks were identified by principal component analysis(PCA).There were 38 common peaks in the fingerprints of 20 batches of Lu Mountain Clouds-Mist tea samples,the similarity of samples was above 0.93 with their characteristic fingerprint.Combined with adulterated green tea samples and through principal component analysis,the Lu Mountain Clouds-Mist tea can be authenticity identified from the samples and could be 100% correctly discriminated.Chapter 4: By using UPLC-QTOF-MS to find the main antioxidant active components,and 92 kinds of compouds were preliminary identification,including 2isoflavones,28 Flavones,15 Flavanes,5 Flavanones,11 organic acids,4 amino acids and 27 phenolic acids.Through PCA and partial leastsquares-discriminant analysis(PLS-DA),the Lu Mountain Clouds-Mist tea can be authenticity identified from the samples and could be 100% correctly discriminated.Adulterated green tea samples and authentic Lu Mountain Clouds-Mist tea by feature extraction and quantitative comparison.66 kinds of potential markers were extracted by used volcano plot and heat map.Chapter 5: Volatile compounds of Lu Mountain Clouds-Mist Tea that from three regions were investigated by solid phase micro extraction(SPME)followed by GC-MS.76 kinds of volatile components were extracted,PCA was applied to find the main factors affecting the volatile components.Most of the information of volatile components in Lu Mountain Clouds-Mist Tea from three different origins can be reflected.The same method was used to judge the origin of random sampling tea samples on the market.Results the Lu Mountain Clouds-Mist tea from the same origin can be identified from the samples and could be 100% correctly discriminated.Using orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis adulterated green tea samples and authentic Lu Mountain Clouds-Mist tea.19 kinds of potential markers were extracted in Lu Mountain Clouds-Mist TeaChapter 6: A preliminary exposition of the production process of the Lu Mountain Clouds-Mist tea beverage factory,Material balance,estimation of hydropower consumption,selection of main production equipment.The location of the factory is analyzed,combined with the production practice,Xingzi is considered suitable for the construction of Lu Mountain Clouds-Mist tea beverage factory.Graphic design of plant area and preliminary planning of workshop.Finally,the production cost,investment cost and profit recovery are estimated.It is expected to be profitable in 4 years.
