Key Techniques Analysis Of The Automatic Paper-feeding Mechanism Of Steel Coil Packing System

Steel coil packing is a very important protecting measure for its storage and transportation.Iron and steel corporations around the world attach importance to steel coil packing all together.And they all have achieved modernization basically through developing steel coil packing equipments and techniques,they also regard steel coil packing as means of safety storage and elevation of quality.The automatic level of paper-feeding mechanism drops behind other equipments of steel coil packing system although it's a very important unit of this system.The automatic level of steel coil packing system was badly affected by the paper-feeding mechanism because its study and design were never broken though as well as other equipments have improved and elevated their reliability.This dissertation review and analyses the root why the paper would block when automatically feeding paper on the basic of designing and manufacturing the automatic paper-feeding mechanism.This mechanism has two problems.The first one is that crinkle and distortion of the VPI paper,the next one is that corrugation and deflection on the course of automatically feeding paper.They all have important influence on the reliability and stability of the automatic paper-feeding mechanism.This thesis studies mechanical properties of VPI paper first which including mechanical properties of pulling the paper,static deformation and dynamic response(without damping)due to gravity loading,crinkle due to moisture absorption effect of VPI paper.Then based on the observation and analysis of corrugation and deflection,educe the scheme which can avoid corrugation and deflection.Finally,this thesis draw a conclusion of configuration and scheme of the automatic paper-feeding mechanism on the basic of integration,it also provides steady and reliable auto control.Through providing these analyses above,it hopes paper-feeding mechanisms whose function like the automatic paper-feeding mechanism for steel coil packing can be designed more reliably and steadily with the guidance.
