Lost foam numerically controlled form machine is used for production of lost foam patterns,and the patterns' surface quality and dimensional accuracy are decided by machine's working accuracy.In order to improve the movement system accuracy,this article has analyzed and researched the lost foam numerically controlled form machine's operation system accuracy,built mathematical model of the lost foam numerically controlled form machine's space error,completed error compensation for form machine's operation system,and optimized A/C axle of bi-rotary milling head with multi-objective optimization technology,and the details are as follow:According to the analysis of lost foam numerically controlled form machine's structure,I built mathematical model of the lost foam numerically controlled form machine's linear space error,with utilization of 9 lines error separation technique,to get geometric error values of X,Y,Z,and completed the error compensation,to improve the working accuracy of,Y,and Z 69.7%,58.3%and 65.1%than before.With analysis of assembly accuracy and static rigidity of lost foam numerically controlled form machine's A/C axle of bi-rotary milling head,I have optimized the vulnerable spot of swinging strut,and released the maximum deformation rate by 45.9%with fixed weight of new spot.The above error compensation and structure optimization is successfully used in cutting lost foam model by lost foam numerically controlled form machine,and the dimensional accuracy is measured.The results say,working accuracy of lost foam numerically controlled form machine meets the requirement of mould,and the production efficiency is improved,the green manufacture of lost foam model is realized.
