The industry standard recommended method for solid-phase extraction Purification-Continuous Flow Analysis of hexavalent chromium Cr(VI)in cigarette tipping paper is limited to 0.07 mg/kg,while the majority of Cr(VI)in actual samples is below that value and can not be determined accurately.In this paper,we use phosphate buffer extraction hexavalent chromium samples 60min with pH 8.0 and purify with polyamide SPE solid phase extraction column after filtration,fix capacity,using 1,5-diphenylcarbonyl dihydrazine as a colorant,color development under acidic conditions,determinated at 540 nm.The measured coefficient of variation and the standard recovery rate were 0.41%and 84-95%,respectively.This method is suitable for the determination of hexavalent chromium content of water pine paper with hexavalent chromium content of 0.04 to 25 ug/L.The determination is accurate and efficient.The detection limit is 0.01 mg/kg,To meet the requirement of accurate determination of hexavalent chromium in practical inspection.The method is also suitable for the detection of Cr(VI)in cigarette liner and wrapping paper.The method is formulated as an enterprise standard,providing a simple and efficient guarantee for the detection of six valent chromium in cigarette packaging paper.
