In the late stage of oil exploitation,due to the reduced amount of oil,that artificial effect of underground rock fracturing is used for enhancing the oil output of oil is necessary,and for low permeability oil or shale gas exploitation,fracturing technique is a common means of stimulation.Hydraulic fracturing is a commonly used fracturing technology,and the quality of fracturing fluid is the key to the success of hydraulic fracturing.The first step of the fracturing fluid configuration is mixing the rubber powder and water in the Venturi mixer.However,the special properties of the rubber powder will turn to rubber dough in a certain extant when mixing with the water.The different structure of Venturi mixer will having different mixing effect,optimizing the structure of Venturi mixer will reducing the amount of rubber dough,and improve the quality of the configuration of the fracturing fluid.The research methods and conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)The parameterized modeling interface of the Venturi mixer is created by VB6.0.The interface is divided into the first order interface,the two level interface and the three level interface.The fisrt interface is the main interface,the next interface including assembly modeling interface,the third interface includes a first section and second section modeling interface modeling interface and nozzle modeling interface;the process of modeling in the SolidWorks will be recorded in the form of macro code and then adding the rest of the code so that each interface can complete the its function and the advanced interface can invoke low-level interface,so as to ensure the realization of parametric modeling of Venturi mixer.The implementation of the Venturi mixer parameterized modeling improves the efficiency and accuracy of modeling.(2)FLUENT analysis is carried out by the Venturi mixer which is only preliminary meshed,and the final results are extracted.Then in the four kinds way of telling mixing effect,the method of volume fraction distribution of discriminant mixing effect is most consistent with the requirements,and using powder volume fraction of Venturi mixer in the section of standard deviation as the judging method of mixing effect of mixed powder.Finally,the mesh quality is optimized to make the calculation results more accurate and reliable.Finally,it is concluded that the best grid size is 3.5mm when the standard deviation and the average value of the maximum value of the rubber powder volume fraction change with the grid size,and the computation effect is good and the computation efficiency is high.(3)Distinguishing structural parameters which is the main structural parameters,which is secondary structure parameters and which is key structural parameters of the Venturi mixer.Then optimizing the main structural parameters and optimizing the key structure parameters to a graeter extent,the optimization design of the Venturi mixer structure is realized as that.The analysis shows that: when the nozzle diameter is 7.4mm,the suction chamber entrance radius 45 mm,entrancing throat radius is 15.8mm,the suction chamber length is 40 mm,throat length is 130 mm,nozzle throat entrance distance relative to the axis of the throat and the entrance is 13.7mm and the powder entrance channel of the distance is 90 mm,the best mixing liquid the mixing effect will form and it is the optimal structure parameters of Venturi mixer.
