| At present,many oilfields in our country have been in the "three low" state,the exploitation cost is large,the efficiency is low,the effect is not ideal.A small and efficient oil/gas/water separation treatment device is developed.The crude oil with high water cut is initially separated at the oil well site and processed by testing and metering,and then transported to the joint station.Not only the pressure of the combined station is reduced and the transportation cost is saved,but also the separated water can be used in the oil well after simple treatment,which can cause less environment pollution and improve the economic and social benefits.This thesis introduces the basic principle,separation mechanism and separation method of the oil-water separation system.On the basis of the functional requirement of the system,the overall schematic diagram and work flow are designed,and the contents of the internal working conditions,control and data acquisition objects of the separator are described in detail.For oil/water separation,a new type of corrugated plate structure is used to promote the rapid separation of oil and water by using its physical properties of oil-friendly and non-viscous oil.The stepper motor is used to drive the corrugated plate,and the optimum separation effect is achieved by controlling the running speed of the corrugated plate structure.In the aspect of moisture content detection,the dielectric sensor is designed and manufactured.From the two aspects of technology and theoretical model,the index and logarithmic calculation model are used to improve the measuring accuracy.The edge effect of the dielectric sensor is analyzed,the relationship curve between the plate structure and the edge effect is obtained,and the parasitic capacitance is treated effectively.The main factors affecting the measurement error of the sensor are analyzed.In addition,by debugging the sensor,it isproved that the sensor can meet the requirement of water content detection and control in oil-water separation system.In the electronic control part,the hardware platform,software programming and debugging of the separator control system are built by using C8051F340 single chip microcomputer as the core controller.The control of pressure,temperature and liquid level can be realized,and the water cut and separation condition of oil well can be transferred from the oil well field to the remote monitoring room by remote communication.In addition,through careful analysis and comparison,the sensor selection and its installation mode are determined.The measurement platform is built.Firstly,the experiment of each module is carried out.After debugging,the whole experiment is verified.Finally,the factors that affect the effect of moisture content are analyzed.The experiment shows that the system can pretreat high water cut crude oil to about 17%~25%of water cut crude oil initially achieved the desired effect,which is beneficial to the present "three low" oil fields and oil wells in remote areas. |
