The P,N hybrid ligands are attracting considerable interests as they support the P-and N-donors simultaneously,which may supple diverse coordination modes and afford complexes with various structures.Thus,the P,N hybrid ligands represent an important class of ligands that have been explored in various catalytic systems.In this thesis,weselecttwoP,Nhybridligands N-diphenylphosphanylmethyl-3-aminoprydine(3-dppmapy)and N-phenylphosphanylmethyl-2-aminopyridine(DPAP),and prepared six new Ag(I)(1-6)and one Pd(II)(7)complexes.The catalytic performances of 6 and 7 were investigated toward the degradation of organic dyes in water and the Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reactions,respectively.The contents of this thesis are described as follows:(1)A briefly review has been made on the P,N hybrid ligands and their applications in catalysis and fluorescence.(2)Reactions of 3-dppmapy with six silver oxysalts including AgTFA(TFA=trifluoroacetic),AgOTF(OTF=trifluoromethanesulfonic),AgNO3,Ag2SO4,AgBz(Bz=benzoate)and AgSal(Sal=salicylate)resulted in two dinuclear complexes[Ag2(TFA)2(3-dppmapy)2](1),[Ag2(OTF)2(3-dppmapy)2](2)and four 1D coordinationpolymers{[Ag(μ-η2-NO3)(3-dppmapy)]}n·EtOH(3·EtOH),{[Ag2(μ-η,η-SO4)(3-dppmapy)2]}n·CHCl3(4·CHCl3),{[Ag(μ-η,η-Bz)(3-dppmapy)]}n(5)and{[Ag(μ-η,η-Sal)(3-dppmapy)]}n(6).Compound 6 exhibited selective photocatalytic activity in the degradation of eriochrome black T(EBT),amido black(AB)and nigrosine(NO)in water,and also exhibited relative prompt anodic photocurrent responses.(3)One palladium compound[(DPAP)PdCl2](7)was prepared and structurally characterized.Compound 7 can be used as an effective catalyst for the Suzuki-Miyaura cross-coupling reactions of unreactive aryl chlorides with aryl boronic acids,and worked much better than other mono-or bidentate phosphine ligands.The reactions with a wide scope of substrates proceeded to give desired products in good to excellent yields.
