Process Optimization Of SPG Process Polypropylene Device

Along with the rapid growth of domestic polypropylene production capacity,especially in the coal chemical enterprises rapid growth of polypropylene production,its self-sufficiency rate of domestic polypropylene production capacity continue to improve,at the same time,due to the growing domestic polypropylene new product demand,improve the polypropylene production process,new product development strength increasing,therefore,localization of polypropylene production process has an important significance.Because of the simple process flow,low cost of equipment,easy control of product quality and wide range of products,the SPG process has broad prospects for the promotion and development of polypropylene technology in China.This paper is mainly based on the production practice of polypropylene plant of liaohe petrochemical company,and studies the defects of SPG process and the improvement measures of technological technology to meet the safety and smooth operation of the long cycle of the device.In this paper,the technical improvement of SPG technology is used as the main analysis and research point and core content.Liaohe petrochemical company production of SPG process of polypropylene unit has been nearly 15 years,because the device is domestic first set of liquid phase bulk polymerization using acrylic monomer gas phase bulk polymerization with the combination of continuous process of polypropylene production process.There were some defects in design,device after several technical reform,but there are still more production bottlenecks,restricts the plant safety running smoothly for a long period of time,therefore,this thesis to in-depth study of device technology problems,find the problem of constrained device production,put forward the main solution,technical reform lay the foundation for device,provide the technical support for equipment running smoothly for a long period of time.Affecting the unit running smoothly for a long period of technology problem,through technical analysis,put forward solutions,for example,by means of petrochina liaohe petrochemical company's existing polypropylene(SPG process)of main catalyst,additive process,under the condition of without changing the original design idea,implements the online production application of additive;The new prepolymerization kettle of polypropylene,D200 B and online feeder Z112 were used for commissioning and production,which solved a series of problems during the pre-trial operation.Polypropylene plant retrofit powder dryer,through the dryer process structures and improvement of the power transmission system for the overall bearing capacity and control the influence of powder leakage and so on,and optimize the production process and equipment operation.
