| With the rapid development of drilling technology and directional technology in China,horizontal Wells play a more important role in the open production of oil and gas fields.Especially in the lately stage oilfield development,horizontal Wells as the efficient development of various kinds of reservoirs、improve the single well production、important means to enhance block recovery,has been widely promotion and application in the liaohe oilfield.since the large-scale implementation of horizontal Wells in 2006,the huan east-double oilfield has completed 130 Wells and put 121 into production,among which there are 67 horizontal Wells and put 62 in production in huan 127 piece.It has made outstanding contribution to the sustainable production of oil production plant.As the horizontal well exploitation,due to the structure characteristics of horizontal well,formation sand production in horizontal segment will form several sedimentary sand bridges and won’t like ordinary well fall to the bottom,reduce reservoir porosity affect recovery efficiency,even a small amount of sand in horizontal well can cause sand sticking accidents.In oil production,due to gravity,the production string exists the phenomenon of eccentric wear,it has increased the emergence of problems string in horizontal well work over operation,such as pipe break,jam,take off,sand washing.the severe sand production in horizontal well is an important factors affecting horizontal well drilling.This sand phenomenon is particularly serious in huan east-double oilfield of huan 127 pieces,more than80% horizontal wells work over proceed sand washing operation.Therefore it is very important to study the sand blasting technology of the horizontal well of huan 127,and choose the reasonable sand blasting method,so as to improve the production cycle of horizontal well.In this paper,the sand method is studied for the special structure of huan 127.Select more suitable string matching for block features.Select the suitable workover fluid,improve the fluid carrying capacity of the workover fluid,prevent the settling of sand,and improve the flushing efficiency.Extend well life. |
