At present,with the continuous development of oil and gas resources,the reserves of conventional oil and gas resources are decreasing.Fractured low permeability reservoirs are rich in reserves,which is of great significance to meet China's demand for oil and gas resources.However,in the process of water injection development in fractured low permeability reservoirs,the permeability of the reservoir is very low,the permeability of the fracture zone is very high,the development degree of the reservoir is not uniform,the injection water is flowing along the cracks,the oil well sees the water early,the water content is rising quickly,and the oil well output is reduced quickly and the development effect becomes worse.In this paper,the M block is taken as the research object.The porosity,permeability,effective thickness and oil saturation model are established for the reservoir matrix,and the fracture porosity and fracture permeability attribute model are established for the cracks.On this basis,the dynamic data of block geological reserves,water injection profile,liquid production profile,water cut,water yield and liquid production volume were fitted.On the basis of the residual oil quantification on the plane,the longitudinal and the parts,combined with the reservoir characteristics,injection production characteristics and monitoring data,the residual oil types and potential measures were analyzed synthetically.The results show that the geological reserves of this paper are 711.5×104t,and the error of the actual geological reserves is only 0.86%,and the accuracy of the dynamic production data is more than 96%.Through quantitative treatment of residual oil,it is divided into six types: stagnant area type,injection and production imperfect type,differential oil layer type,sand body edge type,fracture water flooding type and fault edge type,and puts forward the Countermeasures of main potential digging measures by fracturing,scheme adjustment,water plugging and profile control.Since 2014,measures for increasing oil production in 27 wells have been achieved.The total oil increase is 0.42×104t in the whole area.
