| China,as a large coal reserve country,has a large number of coal resources,and coal is also one of the basic energy of our country.With the rapid development of technology in China,coal mining is practiced on a much deeper level,and the safety problem of coal mining is particularly important.According to statistics,most coal accidents are gas explosions caused by the accumulation of gas behind the heading face.As the main ventilation mode underground,local fan is the main method to reduce the gas concentration and prevent the accumulation of gas.Only by ensuring that the local fan meets the needs of different working conditions,can we avoid the gas explosion caused by the accumulation of gas.Therefore,it is very important to carry on the regular field test of the local fan.According to the structural features of the local fan and the special condition of the working environment,a wind pressure measuring device suitable for field testing of underground local fans is designed and tested in laboratory,and the result shows that the measuring device is highly reliable.As the driving work continues to move forward,it will result in the change of the mining point.In the past three months,we have carried out three field tests of the local fans in the Panbei Coal Mine,which belongs to Huainan Mining Group,at different heading points.And then,we recorded and analyzed the test data.By comparing the field test data of underground fans with the design requirements of the ventilation system,it is found that there is a phenomenon called "big horse driven small cart " in the use of the underground fans.This phenomenon is due to the inappropriate power selection of the underground local fan,and therefore results in the excessive waste of energy.To avoid this phenomenon,we need to perform on-site performance test for local fans,and provide theoretical basis for power selection of this machine. |
