Epoxiconazloe is a new type of three azole fungicides.Because of its good germicidal results and low toxicity,it is widely used in the prevention and control of crops such as grain, fruit, tea and peanuts. Therefore, the residue of fluocazolazole will be found in food.Food is a part of human survival.Flurozole exceeded the standard food as an energy source, and fluoropazole residue will accumulate in the human body, leading to human poisoning. Therefore, pesticide residues method must establish fluoride ring tea, rice and bananas in the detection of triazole pesticide residues. In this paper, the content of fluocyclic azole in tea, rice and bananas was analyzed by solid phase extraction gas chromatography, ultrasonic assisted liquid chromatography and ultraviolet visible spectrophotometry, and a qualitative and quantitative method was established. From the aspects of repeatability and precision,we can carry out scientific argumentation and get the following results:1.A solid phase extraction gas chromatography(SPE-GC)method was established for the determination of flurozole residue in tea.The response surface method was used to optimize the pretreatment conditions.Acetonitrile is used as extractant and Florlisil column was used as purification column, and gas chromatography electron capture detector(ECD)was used to analyze.Gas chromatography conditions:the inlet temperature(INJ)is 250?,the detector temperature(DET)is 300?,the temperature programmed(COL)is 180?(1 minutes),8?/min,250?(10 minutes);the carrier gas:high purity nitrogen, column flow 2.0mL/min;injection mode:non flow, sampling 1 um L.The standard curve equation of the experiment is Y=3.9988×10~3X-44.316,linear correlation coefficient R~2=0.9998,the minimum detection limit is 0.007?g/mL,the RSD of the repeatability experiment is 3.94%,and the recovery rate range is 86.38%~92.06%.This method is simple, fast and accurate, which satisfies the requirement of the detection of flurocyclic residue in tea.2.The residual content of fluonazole in rice was determined by liquid chromatography, and the sample was treated by ultrasonic assisted extraction, and the extraction conditions were optimized by orthogonal test. The chromatographic conditions are:C18-WR column(particle diameter 5?m column length 250 mm,diameter 4.6mm),column temperature:25?,sample size:10?L;detection wavelength 205nm;flow velocity:1 mL/min;mobile phase is acetonitrile/water=85/15;detector:photodiode array tester(DAD).The standard curve equation of the experiment is:Y=2.688×10~2X-3.691×10~4,R~2=0.9998,the minimum detection limit is 0.015?g/mL,the recovery rate is between 87.53%and89.52%,and RSD is 1.83%.The method has good stability and high recovery rate, and ultrasonic extraction greatly reduces the experimental time.It can be used for the detection of flurozolium pesticide residues in rice.3.The ultraviolet visible spectrophotometry was used for the determination of fluocyclic bananazole in banana. The UV detection conditions are as follows:the width of the slit was 5mm,the maximum absorption wavelength was 195 nm,and the linear regression equation of fluocyclic azole was proved to be Y=1.2454X+0.1313 and R~2=0.9996,which showed that the linear relationship between the absorbance and the mass concentration of fluocyclic azole(0.02 to 1?g/mL)was good.OK,the minimum detection limit is 0.017?g/mL,the recovery rate is 88.4%and RSD is 2.83%.This method is simple and low cost, and has good popularization.
