To solve the problem that it is difficult to effectively support the deep-buried surrounding rock roadway,based on a large number of engineering practices and predecessors' research and analysis,this project uses a depth of about a kilometer of deep-fractured surrounding rock and lane as a specific engineering background,and comprehensively uses experiments,Laboratory experiments,theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,and engineering practices have systematically analyzed the factors that affect the crushing of roadway surrounding rock from the inside out,and based on the results of numerical simulation,proposed joint support methods based on cable injection.It provides some reference for the support of similar deep roadways.The main research work of this article is as follows:1)The strength of roadway surrounding rock mass is controlled by rock strength and the number and distribution of various joints,etc.Therefore,rock rock properties are taken as the starting point,and rock mechanics-related experiments and on-site borehole peeping views are performed.The experiment shows that the surrounding rock of roadway is broken.Severe,typical soft rock crushing roadway2)Through the analysis of the deformation and instability factors of roadway broken surrounding rock,ie geological factors and engineering technology factors,it is known that under the influence of various factors,the dominant factors are the original stress state of roadway surrounding rock,physical properties of rock and each Geological structure.3)Numerical simulation of different support schemes was carried out.The analysis showed that:to a certain extent,the support intensity can be maintained to maintain the stability of the roadway.However,the support method based on cable injection can significantly improve the support efficiency.The support efficiency of bolt?shotcrete?anchor cable support is that the support efficiency is achieved when the anchor cable injection + bottom grouting is used.It can be seen that the integrity of the roadway surrounding rock plays a crucial role in the stability of the roadway.4)The control technology of the roadway in the broken surrounding rock was studied,and the combined support method of anchor and injection was proposed to adopt the joint support system of anchor rod,anchor net,shotcrete and grouting anchor cable for supporting the common roadway;The roadway grouting support scheme was proposed on the basis of the ordinary section of the abnormal roadway in faults and other geological structures.5)The project was carried out for a period of 3 months.Compared with the original support scheme,the relative displacement of the two gangways of the roadway was reduced from 190mm to 102mm,and the relative displacement of the roof and floor was reduced from 221mm to 118mm.The roadway deformation and surrounding rock The crushing,top plate separation,and bottom plate kicking are all well controlled.
