With the rapid development of microwave communications and radar technology,the research of microwave dielectric materials develop to high frequency.Low temperature co-firing ceramic(LTCC)technology integrated multilayer ceramic materials can effectively reduce the device volume,which is an important channel to realize integration,miniaturization,lightweight,high reliability and low cost of component.LTCC material with low dielectric constant as the substrate material can reduce signal delay time.At present,the study of low dielectric constant materials mainly concentrated on organic materials and film materials.There is vacancy of the blocks with low dielectric material.Alumina ceramic,zirconia ceramic and quartz glass have a low dielectric constant,and the dielectric constant of Alumina ceramic,zirconia ceramic and quartz glass are 10,3.8 and 10-12,respectively.But excessive sintering temperature of alumina(1600-1800?),zirconia ceramic(1600-1300 ?),and quartz glass(1200-1300 ?)limits their further application.Add glass to reduce the microwave dielectric ceramic sintering temperature is a most effective way.The BS glass with low dielectric constant as the research object.On the basis of BS glass performance,dielectric properties,thermal properties and mechanical properties of composite were govern by alumina ceramic,zirconia ceramic and quartz glass,and to prepare low dielectric LTCC materials to meet the application requirements of high-performance.The content of the paper are:1.B2O3-SiO2(BS)glass was developed as sinter addition,and sintering behavior,crystal phase composition,microstructure and microwave dielectric properties were discussed.2.The B2O3-SiO2(BS)glass was added to the alumina ceramic,zirconia ceramic and quartz glass ceramic in order to reduce sintering temperature.The sintering properties,phase composition,microstructure and microwave dielectric properties of alumina ceramic,zirconia ceramic and quartz glass ceramic added BS glass were investigated.And the BS with alumina ceramic,zirconia ceramic glass and quartz glass ceramic low-temperature sintering mechanism were discussed.This paper concluded the main research results:1.BS glass can effectively reduce the sintering temperature of BS-Al2O3 composites.BS glass and alumina does not react in the sintering process.For the same amount of alumina samples,the density,dielectric constant and quality factor of the samples increase first and then decrease with the increase of sintering temperature.With the increase of alumina content,the dielectric constant and quality factor of sample increase.Bending strength and thermal expansion coefficient of samples increase at first and then decrease.When BS amount of glass for 60 wt%,samples show the better performance:sr = 5.6,Q×f = 4600 GHz,CTE = 5.51 × 10-6 K-1 sintered at 810 ? for 2 hours.2.BS glass can effectively reduce the sintering temperature of BS-quartz glass composites.BS glass and quartz glass does not react in the sintering process.For the same amount of quartz glass samples,the density,dielectric constant and quality factor of the samples increase first and then decrease with the increase of sintering temperature.With the increase of quartz glass content,the quality factor of samples increases and dielectric constant of samples decreases.Bending strength and thermal expansion coefficient of samples increase at first and then decrease.When BS amount of glass for 60 wt%,samples show the better performance:?r = 3.8,Q×f = 6000 GHz,CTE = 2.31× 10-6 K-1 sintered at 870 ? for 2 hours.3.BS glass can effectively reduce the sintering temperature of BS-ZrO2 composites.BS glass and ZrO2 does not react in the sintering process.For the same amount of alumina samples,the density,dielectric constant and quality factor of the samples increase first and then decrease with the increase of sintering temperature.With the increase of ZrO2 content,the dielectric constant and quality factor of sample increase.Bending strength and thermal expansion coefficient of samples increase at first and then decrease.When BS amount of glass for 60 wt%,samples show the better performance:?r= 5.93,Qxf = 7500 GHz,CTE = 4.48 × 10-6 K-1 sintered at 830 ? for 2 hours.
