There are many uncertain factors in the process of mine construction,including long period of construction,high investment,complex internal management,numerous participating units and large coordination workload.Therefore,the optimization of construction organization in the early stage of mine construction plays an important guiding role in the process of mine construction.Taking Chen Tai Gou as an example,in view of the characteristics of the buried depth of the Chen Tai Gou iron ore body,the depth of the well bore,the complexity of the mine opening system and the few wellbore during the construction period,the construction time of the double ultra well(auxiliary shaft,the measure well ultra deep mine)and other well bore,the construction sequence of the main well and the auxiliary shaft,and the construction of each level are made.Sequence,slipping system and permanent equipment time are optimized.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)To determine the wellbore construction plan.Seven vertical shaft wellbore are all constructed by ordinary method.(2)Determine the level of construction and upgrading undertaken by dual super wells.The level of construction of the auxiliary shaft should be-190 m or-440 m level,-1020 m level and-1050 m level.The first level of construction in a measure well should be-1050 m level,and connect with auxiliary shaft as early as possible to form ventilation system,so as to create conditions for all works.(3)Confirm the start time of the other 5 wells,and provide decision-making basis for the overall construction and deployment of the mine.(4)The time scheme of each well bore equipment was determined.The auxiliary shaft is modified once after the end,and the permanent lifting system equipment is carried out in the later period of the construction.According to the completion of the-1050 m level and the overall progress of the mine,the time to start the permanent equipment is determined.No.1 main shaft will carry out permanent lifting system equipment after all.No.2 main shaft starts the permanent equipment after loading system engineering and equipment installation under the-835 m ~-920 m mining area.The main shaft of No.3 well is under three layers of the well tower first,then the permanent well tower is used to construct the sliding system.The three layers of the well tower and the permanent hoist installation are carried out in parallel with the shaft and roadway engineering.North and South: shaft arranged in the mine construction period,in the completion of the mining area after cutting project.(5)The scheme of the temporary modification of the wellbore is determined.Auxiliary equipment,two sets of small skip cage hoisting system.Wells is equipped with a double hook lifting system.The north wind well is equipped with two sets of lifting systems.Nanfengjing is equipped with a double cage hoisting system.No.2: main shaft is equipped with a cage with counterweight lifting system.3,equipped with a set of main shaft cage with counterweight lifting system.(6)The key lines and construction period are determined.
