The total amount of oil storage and output in the oil depot is measured by the flowmeter.However,if the service life of the flowmeter is too long,there will be a problem of deviation in precision,affecting the settlement of fuel expenses,which will be harmful to the supervision of oil depot.Portable online flowmeter verification device is a device that can quickly and effectively verify the flowmeter.As an important part of the portable online flowmeter verification device,it plays a vital role in verifying the flowmeter.For this reason,this thesis was designed data acquisition system for oil depot oil delivery console based on FPGA.The main function of the data collection system of the oil depot oil delivery console designed in this thesis is to collect the four-way tire pressure data,two-way temperature data,four-way car tyre subsidence data,and 1 flow through the flow meter oil in the oil tanker.Volume data,and realize the self-check function of the sensor interface status,and send the collected data and the status information of the sensor to the upper computer part of the portable verification device through USB communication,and then the upper computer realizes the specific flow meter verification algorithm.In order to realize the function of the data acquisition system of the oil depot oil delivery console,this article designed the hardware circuit,the digital circuit based on FPGA and the USB communication program.The hardware circuit mainly includes: A/D conversion circuit,FPGA control circuit,USB communication circuit.FPGA-based digital circuit module design mainly includes: A/D data acquisition and processing digital circuit module,grating displacement data acquisition and processing digital circuit module,turbine flowmeter data acquisition and processing digital circuit module.The USB communication program is mainly a USB firmware program design.Through the results of the system's software and hardware tests,we can see that the fuel oil extraction platform acquisition system designed in this thesis can accurately collect four-way tire pressure data,two-way temperature data,four-way tire subsidence data,and one-way flowmeter oil volume data.The collected and processed data can be transmitted to the upper computer part of the portable online flow meter verification device through USB communication,and the data acquisition processing and sensor port self-checking functions required by the data acquisition system are realized.Firstly,this article elaborates the source of the research project,the research background and the development status of the data acquisition system at home and abroad,and summarizes the key technologies of the system;then it introduces the existing hardware platform of the project and proposes the data of the oil depot oil delivery console based on FPGA.The overall design of the acquisition system,and completed the hardware design of the data acquisition system,the digital circuit design of the system and the design of the USB firmware according to the overall design of the system;finally tested the designed system,verified the system function,and completed the expected aims.
