With the continuous exploitation of the gas field in China,the problem of sand production is becoming more and more serious.Some gas wells are adopted to control the production of gas wells,and the gas wells with serious sand production will adopt the method of intermittent producing.If the problem of sand production cannot be solved well,the sand production will be more serious.It will not only reduce the production of oil and gas wells,but also increase the difficulty of mining and the cost of mining.There are many mature sand consolidating agents and matching processes for sand production.But for chemical well control of gas well,because of its characteristics of high pressure drop and high velocity and fast carrying capacity in the process of producing,it can't solve the problem of sand production.Therefore,it is particularly important to develop a sand consolidating agent with high consolidation strength and good temperature resistance.In this paper,MTES and PTES are s used as monomers to prepare organic silicone resin in water by hydrolysis and poly-condensation reaction.The optimum synthesis conditions are as follows: the ratio of MTES to PTES is 2,the addition of water is 36% of the mass of the reacting monomer,the reaction time is 5h,the reaction temperature is 50,and the stirring speed is 600r/min.The organic silicon resin prepared under this condition has the characteristics of high bond strength,excellent temperature resistance and good medium resistance,and can be used as the adhesive component of the gas well sanding agent.With the compressive strength and permeability as the standard,the composition of the organic silicone resin sand fixing agent is determined through the experiment of controlling the single factor.The optimum formula is as follows:70 mesh and 200 mesh quartz sand(total 100g)were selected with a ratio of 1:1,the resin is 9%,the curing agent is 1%,the coupling agent is 0.5%,and the reaming agent is 2%,the curing time is 48 h,and the temperature is at 90?,the consolidation core prepared by the sand fixing agent has the compressive strength above 16 MPa and the permeability of about 2.9 ?m2.The performance evaluation test shows that the prepared consolidation core can adapt to a wide range of temperature(100?~300?),and has good medium resistance,aging resistance and stability.
