As the domestic oil field production has came to the middle and late period,the overall water content of the reservoir is increasing,so as to the difficulty for development,and the mining of the high value yield area with better reservoir physical property is gradually decreasing.In this case,the continuous exploitation of the edge area is of great significance for stable production of the domestic oilfields.Compared with the pure oil area,the transition zone has the characteristics of low oil recovery speed,strong heterogeneity,rapid production decline,rapid increase in comprehensive water content,poor development effect and so on in the actual development process.Based on the factors such as the development process and the economic cost,it is proposed to improve the development effect of the transition zone by using the polymer weak gel system to improve the development effect of the transition zone,by all of this it could improve the recovery of the transition zone.This study is to further exploit the remaining oil in the reservoir transition zone.First,the study of regional structure and reservoir characteristics,qualitative and quantitative description of fluid characteristics and geological characteristics,is based on the theoretical and literature based on the in-depth investigation of the effect of flooding and residual oil distribution of the polymer weak gel system at home and abroad.On the basis of the characteristics of reservoir dynamics,it provides a reliable geological basis for subsequent numerical simulation and development.Secondly,in the light of the characteristics of residual oil in the transition zone and the characteristics of the block reservoir,the rheological property,injectivity and blocking property of the polymer weak gel system are studied in laboratory.The applicability of the zone is analyzed.Finally,the process system and parameters of the residual oil development in the transition zone are optimized through the simulation experiment of the indoor driving effect.On this basis,the reservoir geological model is set up,combined with the obtained polymer weak gel drive process parameters,the numerical simulation is carried out,and the application effect of the polymer weak gel system in the transition zone is predicted.The research shows that the polymer weak gel flooding technology can effectively solve the problems in the development process of the transition zone,and solve the irregular distribution of residual oil in the transition zone and the strong heterogeneity of the reservoir.This research provides an important basis and theoretical basis for future enhanced oil recovery technology in the transition zone.
