The steel structure assembly residential building adopts the modular production mode,which provides the system design and the factory manufacture to realize the on-site installation,which is helpful to guarantee the construction quality and shorten the construction period.In this paper,a kind of precast lightweight concrete external wall hanging slab applied to steel structure residence is developed,which can realize the integration of building energy saving and enclosure structure,reduce the weight of structure and improve the durability of steel structure residential building exterior wall.In the design stage of outer wall,the structure of light concrete outer wall is determined by thermal calculation and internal force calculation.A wall board with the largest internal force is selected,and the light concrete outer wall slab is designed and studied by the combination of fire proof layer,thermal insulation layer and structure layer.The structure of the outer wall slab is 140mm concrete board embedded in 90mm extruded polystyrene board+80mm extruded polystyrene board+12mm plasterboard and the concrete material is lightweight aggregate concrete with strength LC30 with bulk density of 1700~1950kg/m~3.The results show that the reinforcement scheme and concrete configuration scheme can meet the basic requirements and meet the external wall design requirements.In the research stage of structural layer concrete,the material property of lightweight aggregate concrete is studied,and the final ratio is determined.By reducing the density of cementitious material,fine aggregate,coarse aggregate,comprehensive material density,price,environmental protection and other factors,making technology and lightweight aggregate concrete have been studied in this paper.By comparing the macroscopic strength,durability,micromorphology and microhardness of pumice and ordinary pumice,The apparent density of pumice increased from 1489kg/m~3to 1526kg/m~3,but the saturated water absorption decreased from 10.8%to 2.2%,and the compressive strength of the cylinder increased from 2.1Mpa to3.4 Mpa.The initial slump of pumice concrete and the slump after 1min were increased by 30mm/60 mm,respectively.The compressive strength of 7 days was 38.4 MPA,and the compressive strength of 28 days reached 46.3 MPA/100 freeze-thaw cycles.The mass loss is1.1%and the strength loss is 4.9%,which indicates that the strength and durability of pumice concrete are better than that of pumice concrete without shell.In the stage of manufacturing and performance research of outer wall panel,the manufacture technology and performance of light concrete external wall hanging slab are studied.The manufacturing process and control points of prefabricated lightweight concrete composite outer wall panels are studied,and the heat preservation function of composite lightweight concrete exterior wall hanging panels is tested and analyzed.The results show that,compared with the conventional prefabricated wall panels,the secondary pouring construction technology is needed for the lightweight concrete outer wall panels.It is found in the study that the pressure vibration of the vibrator can reduce the floatation and bleeding of concrete aggregate in the structure layer,and the autoclaved curing can effectively improve the early strength of lightweight concrete and shorten the turnover period of the formwork.The heat transfer coefficient of the main section of the external wall plate is 0.28W/(m~2K),and the thermal insulation performance is better than that of the general external panel.
