In recent years,the proven reserves of low permeability oil and gas fields have been increasing,but it is very difficult to exploit,and it is necessary to use artificial transformation reservoir,hydraulic fracturing and other targeted mining technologies.Hydraulic fracturing technique plays a very important role in these stimulation measures.Because in the process of hydraulic fracturing,hydraulic jet fracturing with high pressure,large displacement,than wait for a characteristic,in high-speed carrying solid proppant fracturing fluid will affect the ground manifold and downhole string.Sometimes fracturing operation of the pipeline pressure is as high as dozens or even hundreds of mpa,these factors make the pipe vibration,erosion,and lead to a rupture,tripping forms of damage,it will be a serious threat to underground work and the safety of the staff.This paper aims at the ground manifold and the characteristics of the downhole pipeline structure,simplifies the experimental pipe fittings with different structures,and designs an experiment device for pipeline vibration experimental research.The main research content includes:(1)Research and analysis of the current research status of two-phase flow induced pipeline vibrations at home and abroad.Based on the functions to be achieved,the design principles and related index parameters of the experimental device for solid-liquid two-phase flow induced pipeline vibration are determined,and the experimental devices are designed.Overall plan(2)Completion of the design of the experimental equipment hydraulic circulation system,support system,data acquisition system,and experimental section pipe fittings,including the design and calculation of the piping,and power devices,pressure transmitters,acceleration sensors,flow meters,valves,etc.Design and selection(3)Analysis of the natural frequency of the designed tubular structure of the experimental section(reducer,T-tube);(4)complete the construction of the experimental device,debug the experimental device,design the experimental process and the experimental conditions,and carry out the experiment.The experimental data of variable diameter pipe and T type pipe are analyzed and processed,and the influence law of sand ratio,flow rate and variable diameter ratio on pressure drop of variable diameter pipe is given.The time domain of the original vibration data of each measuring point under different working conditions of the variable diameter pipe and t-type pipe was drawn for analysis.At the same time,the influence of sand ratio,flow rate and diameter ratio on the vibration of variable diameter pipe is analyzed,and the influence of sand ratio and flow rate on the vibration of t-type pipe is analyzed.
