Study On The Technology Of Dewaxing By Hot Washing And Dosing In The Eastern Transition Zone Of The Northern Sa Development Zone

The wax deposition in well bore will increase the running resistance of sucker rod string,increase the load of pumping unit and increase power consumption,affect the output of oil well,at the same time,affect the service life of rod and ground equipment.When severe,it is necessary to remove plugging and increase production cost.At present,the pig wax is the most commonly used heat transfer station washing pump low pressure washing techno logy,but because of the impact of field equipment,washing temperature,oil flow and other factors,the heat wash can not meet the site requirements,therefore,eastern North Development Zone,transition zone increasingly serious wax phenomenon,put forward a wash with hot medicated,delaying the wax deposition rate,prolong hot wash cycle,improve the quality of heat washing.First,the related factors and wax deposition mechanism of crystal wax deposition in the study area were studied.Using the indicator diagram method and the wax thickness calculation method of oil well,the wax deposition calculation model of oil well in the study area was established,so as to comprehensively judge the hot washing cycle.The physical properties of the petroleum crystal wax in the study area were measured by the experimental study on the configuration coefficient of crystal wax from 15 wells in the study area.O n this basis,to carry out the research hot wash dosing two core techniques,namely the development of thermal washing technology for treating oily sludge and core chemicals: flocculant,experimental method by single factor analysis,the study area optimal thermal washing process conditions optimization scheme.Finally,8 wells were selected for the field test of the established heat washing and medicated paraffin removal technology,and achieved good wax removal effect.The technology has great economic value and broad market prospect.
