| In recent years,the physical property of Daqing tight sandstone reservoir is getting worse,and the reservoir porosity is only in 10-15% interval.In the face of low porosity,low reserve abundance and low productivity of single well,the fracturing stimulation technique is put forward to accelerate the exploration and development of tight sandstone reservoir.Taking daqing low permeability Fuyang oil layer as the research target,by studying the formation mechanism of the volume gap network of the horizontal well in the tight reservoir,the stress field effect of the volume seam net formed in the reservoir is determined,and the volume fracturing of the horizontal well is carried out to realize the steady growth of the capacity after the horizontal well pressure of the reservoir.Based on the fluid-solid coupling of porous media,the finite element analysis method is used to simulate the fracturing process of horizontal well in target block.In the simulation process,based on the interlayer damage,the cohesive element is set up between the layers,the dynamic analysis of the fractures in the fracturing process is carried out,and the mechanical conditions and the parameter limits of the formation of the horizontal well pressure fracture net are studied.Finally,based on the analysis of rock mechanics parameters in the reservoir of the YangGao platform,the paper establishes the theoretical model of fracture tip induced fracture in the fracturing process,determines the geologic characteristics of the reservoir forming the volume Seam network,establishes the relation chart of the crack tip pressure and the correlation parameter,and then forms the Gap spacing optimization method Combined with field practice,a set of oil recovery technology which is suitable for tight oil reservoir to the volume fracturing process of horizontal well is developed. |
