The single cone bit has a broad application prospect in the slim hole drilling.It has been proved that the single cone bit has achieved better economic benefits.It is a drill bit worthy of further development and research.The single cone bit has a lower penetration rate and a shorter service life in hard formation and strong abrasive formation than it does in soft formation.The existing single cone bit is relatively single,and it is difficult to widen the application scope and drilling requirement of the drill bit.Therefore,in order to expand the application range of single cone bit in deep well hard stratum and strong ground formation,single cone bit should be designed for rock breaking characteristics for different properties,so as to obtain higher mechanical drilling speed and life.In this thesis,the computer simulation analysis,single tooth wheel tooth force test and single tooth scraping experiment are carried out from several aspects of the movement and stress status of the spherical single cone bit teeth and the force and efficiency of rock breaking.The new tooth profile of single tooth wheel bit is studied.In this study,the applied tooth profile of single-cone bit was studied systematically from the aspects of theoretical analysis,computer simulation,finite element analysis,and experimental research.The research structure shows that the new tooth type has a higher rock breaking efficiency and can improve the service life of the single roller bit.This dissertation is an exploratory and groundbreaking technical basic research that may lead to the improvement and expansion of the technical level and the scope of use of the single-cone bit in China.The study of the paper has great practical significance. |
