Digital inkjet printing for textile has widely used more and more,such as the huge advertisement,banner propaganda,and T-shirt inkjet printing and so on integrating into the present life.Thiskind of water solubleinkis often used in digital inkjet printing,but it has the defects of ink drying slowly,poor water resistance and poor adhesion to fabric surface.Aiming at the problem of absorbing ink slowly,the ink-absorption coating agent covering on the fabric surface could enhance theproperties of ink-absorption and drying-fast.Therefore,the acrylic ester was choose to as the main research object in this research subject,and two kinds of ink-absorption and drying-fast coating finishing agents were prepared.One was the coating finishing agent of polyacrylate modified by allyl alcohol polyether,another was coating finishing agent of polyacrylate polyurethane finishing agent.The specific contents and results are as follows.1.The polyacrylate modified by allyl alcohol polyether(MBAH)was prepared through esterification reaction using Methyl methacrylate(MMA),butyl acrylate(BA),allyl alcohol polyether(APE)and hydroxyethyl methacrylate(HEMA)in the condition that reaction temperature,time and ratio of raw materials were controlled strictly.The structure was characterized by FT-IR,1HNMR,TG-TDA,TEM and SEM,et al.The optimized synthesis process were as follows:m(MMA):m(BA)=5:3,APE of 7.5%(ratio mass of total monomer),HEMA of 5.5%(ratio mass of total monomer),emulsifiercompound by AEO-9 and SDSwith the mass ratio of 7:3 of4.5%(ratio mass of total monomer),initiator of 0.55%(ratio mass of total monomer),temperature of 85?,reaction time of 6.0h.The synthetic MBAH emulsion was adjustedto 7~8 of p H value by ammonia water,and the coating thickness was about 50 um,which werefinished on polyester fabric and tested for its application performance.The results were as follows: the time of ink-drying was 9s,and the rate of ink-absorption reached 49.2%,and the K/S values of red,blue and black were 8.5963,9.7625 and 15.8454,respectively;and the dry and wet fastness reached all three levels;the moisture permeability was 1326.81 g /(m2·24h)-1;and the hydrostatic pressure was 2.13 k Pa.Thoseresults showed that thecomprehensive performance of ink-absorption and ink-dryingfor polyester fabric finished by MBAH coating agents had improved significantly,and the performance of the dry and wet rubbing fastness and hydrostatic pressure resistance also had improved but the performance of moisture transmissionreduced compared with the original cloth.2.The waterborne polyurethane(PU)monomer withdouble bond was prepared by synthesizingthe polyurethane prepolymer(prepared by IPDI,PEG and DMPA)end with HEMA in the condition that reaction temperature,time and ratio of raw materials were controlled strictly.The optimized synthesis process were as follows:R value(n(-NCO)/n(-OH))=2.4,DMPA of 9.0%(ratio mass of total monomer),HEMA of 4.5%(ratio mass of total monomer).The polyacrylate modified by polyurethane(MBPU)was prepared through esterification reaction using MMA,BA and PU of 40%(ratio mass of total monomer).The structure of MBPU was characterized by FT-IR,1HNMR,TG-TDA,TEM and SEM,et al.The synthetic MBPU emulsion was adjustedto 7~8 of p H value by ammonia water,and the coating thickness was about 50 um,which werefinished on polyester fabric and tested for its application performance.The results were as follows: the time of ink-drying was 8 s,and the rate of ink-absorption reached 52.1%,and the K/S values of red,blue and black were 9.1883,10.3162 and 16.2927,respectively;and the dry and wet fastness reached all three levels;the moisture permeability was 1478.43 g /(m2·24h)-1;and the hydrostatic pressure was 1.92 k Pa.Thoseresults showed that thecomprehensive performance of ink-absorption and ink-drying,adhesive force,anddry and wet rubbing fastness and hydrostatic pressure resistance for polyester fabric finished by MBPU coating agents were better significantlythan those of MBAH coating agents,but the moisture transmission of polyester fabric finished by MBPU coating agents declinedto a certain extent.
