Research On The Open System Based On CNC Improvement

CNC technology and CNC machine tools are the foundation of China’s manufacturing modernization.CNC system is the core component of CNC machine tools.CNC system can be used for the production of CNC machine tools,and it can also upgrade or transform the original CNC or non NC machine tools according to the requirements of users.One of the developing trends of numerical control technology is the transformation from traditional closed system to open system.The paper studies the open system from hardware platform and software platform.The open CNC system is composed of industrial control computer,servo controller,motion control card and corresponding software.It has the characteristics of expansion,interchangeability,transplantability,transformation and many other aspects.In view of the shortage of research funds in some schools and the disuse of old machine tools,based on the analysis of the development process of the CNC system and the understanding of the open CNC system,the existing CAK6140 abandoned machine tools in a secondary professional school are reformed and the original CNC system TAU871 SF is reformed through the transformation of the hardware platform and the software flat platform.The transformation into an open CNC system enables the original lathe to retain the original function,with the aid of software to study and implement the open motion controller,and increase the function of the simulation processing,and have a friendly operation interface and a powerful network.Finally,through the processing of parts,the open CNC system based on CNC improves the ability of remote data transmission and processing with the help of network environment.At present,since the open CNC system has no unified standard,it is likely to have an impact on the development of CNC technology.The paper is based on the transformation of CNC to make it have the performance of the open CNC machine tools.
