Lower limb injury is one of the common diseases in orthopedics.Due to its high treatment cost and long period, the postoperative rehabilitation process is limited to a fixed place, which brings great inconvenience to people's daily life, work and study. Therefore, the need for postoperative rehabilitation training that is suitable for both hospitalization and discharge is urgent to help patients who have difficulty walking recover as soon as possible. With the continuous development of wearable technology and plantar pressure detection technology, combining both of which can effectively solve the above problems.Medical research shows that the recovery of lower limb postoperative patients is closely related to the plantar pressure. Therefore, the plantar pressure is taken as the object to study the distribution of the plantar pressure, the characteristics of the pressure curve and the analysis of the gait,so as to optimize the postoperative rehabilitation effect assessment method. The system implementation plan was proposed by combining the requirements of system function and setting principles for postoperative rehabilitation training indicators. Thus, this study developed the smart insole device to meet the needs of patients undergoing postoperative rehabilitation training and assessing the effect of lower limb postoperative rehabilitation.According to the system requirements,we proposed a hardware solution and designed the power supply module, the sampling circuit module, the communication module, the clock chip module, the prompt alarm module, and the concrete realization circuit of a rehabilitation training device based on plantar pressure. In addition, the anti-jamming design of the hardware circuit was integrated from the three aspects of adding decoupling capacitance, optimizing layout and wiring, and properly grounding to guarantee the reliability of the system. In terms of software design, the software system is divided into two parts: the lower machine and the upper computer.Among them, the lower machine mainly uses the flow chart to explain the software implementation of the five modules including rehabilitation training, data acquisition, data storage, communication and clock. The upper computer part is mainly designed for the three functions of training program and related parameter download,real-time pressure curve display, and training record generation. Thus, the software core of the entire system and its working process are elaborated. Finally, the above designs were implemented, the smart insole device was developed and its platform was built. After calibrating the pressure sensors on the insole device, the preliminary gait analysis experiment was conducted. The pressure data were collected while the normal persons and lower limb post-operative patients were walking in the natural state to study the pressure distribution, the law of change and the gait conversion process of the right and left feet of the normal persons, which was used as a reference to find out the distribution of plantar pressure and changes characteristics of the lower limb patients,so as to study the characteristics of pathological gait in patients with lower limb and postoperative rehabilitation evaluation for reference. The experimental results show that the device can be used for rehabilitation training of patients after lower limb surgery.Compared with normal persons, the plantar pressure distribution and gait characteristics of the patients can be obtained through data acquisition. Therefore,it is feasible to use the intelligent insole device as a tool to perform postoperative rehabilitation assessment.
