| The AM developed rapidly,it becomes tendency that popularize the way to machine element by AM,It becomes more and more important to control the machined quality.This text researched the influence factor of the quality of the single-track by consult literature.The morphology of the alloy powder was observed and recorded by scanning electron microscope,to analyze the effect of process parameters on the morphology of the single-track.Analyzed the data acquisition of the single-track by the software of VR300,to analyze the effect of process parameters on the single-track.To get he result of temperature field By simulating the process of SLM,to analyze the effect of process parameters on temperature field,to analyze the effect of temperature field on the single-track.The results show that the single-track width decrease with the decrease of the laser power and the increase of the scanning speed;within limits,the more steady of the single-track with the increase of the laser power and the decrease of the scanning speed;the more phenomenon of balling generated when the laser power less than the constant,in such situation,balling effect is the most important factor of the continuity of the single-track;the more phenomenon of splash when he laser power locate in within limits,in such situation,the phenomenon of splash is the most important factor of the continuity and uniformity of the single-track,the less phenomenon of splash with the increase of the scanning speed;the quality of the single-track is good when the laser power more than the constant;the shape of the temperature field become ellipse with the energy lost to the area that effected by laser power when the scan speed less than the constant;the shape of the temperature field become circle roundness with the energy loss less to the around area;within limits,the area of temperature that more than melting point of IN625 become shrink with the less energy absorbed by powder when the laser power is unchangeable;the time that lost energy to the around area was shorten with the bigger scan speed,the bigger temperature gradient and the more centre area of high temperature with the bigger scan speed. |
