The cover plate of steel soil's top is an important component for assembling the top of the steel soil,making high quality cover plate of steel soil's top is very important to solve the steel silo waterproof sealing problems for different diameter steel silo;the material is generally selected galvanized steel.Cover plates of steel soil's top of different diameter's steel silo have different length and angle.currently uncoiling leveling and shearing production line at home,can only achieve leveling cut or longitudinal cut of steel coil,cannot be used for processing the cover plate of steel soil's top,and although a few equipment abroad can make it,the price is very expensive,In the existing shearing and oblique cutting production line for the cover plate of steel soil's top,cross cutting,oblique cutting and shearing are performed separately,the processing technology is not continuous,the production efficiency is low,It is easy to cause scratches on the galvanized sheet.The angle adjustment in the processing process is manual operation,the accuracy of angle adjustment is low,and the labor intensity of workers is large.In order to change the processing status of the cover plate of steel soil's top,the paper optimizes the manufacturing process of the cover plate of steel soil's top,after the sheet is cut obliquely and sheared directly.Also the equipment has been optimized.Based on the planetary gear movement principle,a new type of angle adjustment mechanism was proposed,the rotation of tool holder was driven by gear meshing to complete the adjustment of the angle for oblique cutting machine and shearing machine.Based on the angle adjustment,two non-orthogonal axis Speed syntheses between the feed direction of the shear and the feeding direction of the hob base shearing processing schemes for the cover plate of steel soil's top were proposed.By controlling the speeds of stepping motor in the two non-orthogonal axes and perform the velocity synthesis,shearing of the cover plate of steel soil's top at different shear angles is achieved.In order to ensure the continuous feeding of the shearing part,a reciprocating motion mechanism of the oblique cutting machine is designed to realize the synchronous dynamic oblique cutting function of the oblique cutting machine.The CNC shearing and oblique cutting production line for the cover plate of steel soil's top control system consists of PLC,touch screen,frequency converter and AC servo system.Select XINJE TH series TH465-M industrial touch screen as the host computer,parameter setting and screen monitoring;XINJE PLCXD3-60T-E series as the lower computer,control program preparation;touch screen and PLC through RS-232 serial to achieve Data exchange.Use Siemens V90 servo system to accurately adjust the length of the feeding device and adjust the angle adjustment of the angle adjustment mechanism;when shearing,use 57 series Lead-shine three-phase stepping motor and its supporting driver 3ND583 to drive the fixed speed feeding device and hob seat To complete the shearing processing for the cover plate of steel soil's top.This paper also proposes two non-orthogonal axis linkage stepper motors linear interpolation scheme.Linear interpolation algorithm of two non-orthogonal axis linkage stepping motors were studied.Based on VB language,Linear interpolation algorithm of two non-orthogonal axis linkage stepping motors was verified right by writing a CNC simulation program,The algorithm can be applied and popularized in two non-orthogonal axis linkage stepper motor driven CNC systems and CNC machine tools.The CNC shearing and oblique cutting production line for the cover plate of steel soil's top realizes the flexible automatic production of the cover plate of steel soil's top processing,greatly shortens the processing time of the single cover plate of steel soil's top,reduces the labor intensity of the workers,and improves the production efficiency of cover plate of steel soil's top;and reduce scratches on the galvanized layer of the cover plate,then improve the service life of the steel silo.
